Wang's stupid wisecracks kept me smiling from start to finish, and the variety of melee and ranged combat and the loot that dropped from it was satisfying enough that I came back with friends for more. It's great fun in solo or in co-op, and its small degree of randomization is enough to keep the action fresh for at least a few runs.

Shadow Warrior 2 is a beautiful, fast-paced shooter with a ton of guns. There's an RPG-like layer of additional skills and extensive weapon customization, a great cast of characters, and nothing to get in the way of pure reckless shooting. And when you're done with the campaign, there's four difficulty levels, New Game+, and co-op play waiting for you.

Disapointment
Just another borderlands with 1000 items to manage in my inventory. First one was a masterpiece, but this one is just as borind as borderlands. Sad, really.

Not worth it
It's an RPG with tons of loots that you cant really work it on your weapons the "fights" are really lame and theres no strategy to win, just shoot and die, that's it... didn't liked and after this, not buying any expensive games on GOG anymore, since theres no refund on it. gg

Hilarious and fun - and free!
I bought this game when it came out on Steam a couple years back. Really enjoyed it and completed it. Yes, it's corny and moronic, but it has awesome graphics, fun gameplay and lots of guns! When I saw it was free in the 10th anniversary I figured it was a good time to reinstall and play it again. Just as much fun as the first time around. Thanks for the freebie, GOG!

There was an attempt
It's a shooter with some melee in it, most of the game melee is a bad idea. It's got the whole attributes system like in borderlands but it's entirely inconsequential on normal difficulty. You get some trash talk to laugh about half the time and just skip the other half. The writers missed the opportunity to get into the whole 80s vibe the game has at times. Most of the environments are just walking back and forth, so it's a lot of filler, not much killer. Enemy types are not very distinguishable. Most of your skills are useless, you're just mashing LMB. The game is >50% meaningless side grind, maybe that's useful on idiotic difficulty settings. The Co-Op is tacked on in ways that just constantly piss off the other players, it clearly wasn't designed for multiplayer. Get it while it's really, really cheap, it's far from worth the asking price.
