Good immersive game

This game is ambitious and complex. Your decisions during character creation and levelling will have a major impact on how effective your character will be in combat. There are plenty of races, classes and subclasses. The graphics and gameplay are enjoyable and challenging in places. The story is cool and I found the world building to be fun also although I don't usually go world building in games. Navigation around the huge map can be tedious and slow necessitating regular rests. The Pathfinder games require perseverance but the rewards are there if you build a decent character that suits your playstyle. The story is worth it and the game offers hours of fun and exploration with great combat.

Mediocre because of bugs/unpolished

PROS: Got tons of class builds You can use custom images for character portraits. I use anime characters for my mercenaries hehe 6 characters in a party Mounts. I'm still not sure about how they level up. I think it's different when you initially hired the mercenary. The battles are good. The aesthetics look good. Wished it had more option to customize your mercenaries look. CONS; Can be gamebreaking systems and bugs. Like that crusade system which the morale plummets easy and when it goes negative and you wasted some of your army on a battle you are going to be stuck. Had to edit the morale to continue the hours i spent on a run rather than just playing a save file way back. Money is hard to come by so yes you are going to have problems if you don't have a healer/support merc. The amount of gold needed to hire a mercenary rises exponentially too. You are going to have problems with ability drains. If you don't have a priest with restoration or you don't have money to buy the scrolls then you are stuck. You can't use your party's ability when at the safe camp to save money. Kinetic Sharpshooter metakinesis quicken is bugged. Doesn't shoot continously if it's in automatic mode. Keen-eyed adventurer witch's improved cantrip not working. So i bought it cheap and now i know why they made it cheap :D Still a fun game to play and get your imagination running but it is unpolished.

Hate to ruin the good mood

This is a good game and I would probably enjoy leaving a positive review at some point, however: As of 15/10 I can no longer play the game. It crashes on launch, leaving the Unity 2019.4.26f1_e0392c6b2363 error. I have tried fixing this so I can play it, but since I can see more people are experiencing this issue and I have tried following all guidelines I feel like I might wait till the developers hopefully fix this issue. Until then, I will leave this negative review, which I will gladly remove when/if this issue is being fixed.

Overall great game

The game is good, loved the Kingmaker and I now also love the wrath of the rightous, good story although I wish there was more voice overs, Im lazy and prone to just skip text especially when playing after a long day at work and only have 2-3 hours to play, word of warring this game is quiet buggy at the moment and prone to screwing you over, would recommend the bag of tricks mod so you don't have to reload saves all the time possibly losing hours of progress to undo permanent bugged out stuff like negitive levels reducing your attack modifer permanently even after reseting or uing a restoration spell or utilty iteams vanishing from you belt into the void never to be seen again :D. the bag of tricks mod for me makes these issues more of a slight annoyance from the permanent rage quit feels,

Quantity over Quality.

I feel this game could have used some editing. It's simply too long and by the time you're at the 100 hour mark you're just simply done and seen it all, but there's still 20 more hours to go! Especially considering how many build varieties and possibilities there are, the length undermines this, because I can't see myself replaying this game for maybe another few years or so. Just an absolute slog. Next game cut out the mini game conquest/kingdom management, cut out the puzzles, and just focus on the combat and good quest design, it's why we play these games. There are dungeons in this game that feel under developed and it's obviously because they had so much other content to get to, but it really hurts the experience. Otherwise, I did have fun, obviously, since I played hundreds of hours, but with that fun come a feeling of exhaustion.
