Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is a faithful adaptation of the tabletop RPG, featuring an engaging story, well-written characters, and extremely deep gameplay mechanics. Although Owlcat Games' did their best to make the game feel welcoming to newcomers with plenty of in-game resources and tutorials, and difficulty customization options, the depth of the experience can be intimidating. Those who brave through the initial confusion, however, will find one of the best computer RPGs released in recent times.

Ongoing patches and improvements
Latest DLC added a bunch of features and additions to the game - that was not required, but very welcome. It was good to see the developers continue to add features and content to the game, outside of the scope of DLC obligations. Devil mythic path had some improvements and a new quest to corrupt Galfrey, which is very thematic for the Devil. The game is a few years old now and is great to see the devs continue to work on the game. It is a big game with many items/classes/feats etc. and the devs have touched on some more changes in future patches - such as legend mythic path improvements. Hopefully some gold dragon improvements come as well.

Wait for Patches (esp. on Mac)
Used the 1.0.0s version on the Mac and the inventory is broken (for some items no descriptions are not shown, cannot drop items or learn from scrolls). Hard to believe play testers missed that bug. And a shame, played an hour (with an ever increasing inventory) and the game looks very good.

I like this game, but... im new in pathfinder series Story is nice, DaD used here is good but nothing again but in old NwN was more easy for me to navigate in spels charaktes... buts its not bad. Wiki is not completed now and in game tutorials are not inaf, and in autolvl char sometimes i dont belevie why they take absolutly usless skill... but ok) 1. Im in Derzen and i met 3x difrent game braking bug that make me repeat X hours of gameplay (you dont know that the game is broken so u continue and u lost autosaves and quicksave... and then u finde that the game is broken) 2. army ok nice feature.. but absolutly lack of tutorial 3. I dont care about grafical glitchs, flat textures, crazy camera... sometime stuck enemy... but on main story is evry bug that u cant identifi extremly anoing and cost lots of time... In firts city i met 2 bugs that dont run script and i stay stuck in story... i return to this game after few patches and it will cost me 2-3h time from last uncorupted (script dont trigger) hard save to get to my position where im now. I have in this game 40+h and minimal 10 i lost on lack tutorials and bugs

Chapter 4 and up is broken.
SO, you save Kenabres, you liberate drezen, and now turn your eye to the multitude of quests to complete, and lands to capture.. and if you are lich, during land and fort captures you will want to NOT automate the crusade system. Now, Chapter 3 comes along, i don't hear the stupid horn and now Galfrey is pissed at me for being a lich that seized every possible piece of land and fort i could while demoliting every demon army that the game allows me to do.. now i won't put in the spoiler but i enter act 4, chose my next mythic rank, cause chapter end, and BOOM crash to desktop.. if you are not constantly savign this game, YOU WILL BE PISSED at ALL the progression you lose. i am not sure WTF is wrong with owlcat, but COME ON MAN! this is a buggy mess of a game crashes midway through chapter two, a pain in the butt of a crash an hour or less in chapter 3, and first thing i do in chapter 4 =crash? i have 16 gigs of memory, and a I9 9900K with the game on an SSD running on a 1080 GPU this game SHOULD be cakewalk. Seriously, go hire some peeps from Nexus mods that obviously are neckbeard guru's of code and let them have at it for a week for 50K. guarantee they fix your buggy mess, and increase optimization in that time, like they do bethesda games.
