Plays really well. My only complaint is maybe its a little too easy even on most difficult setting but thats pretty minor. Its not a walk in the park. Music and graphics are great. Tactical gameplay you expect from this type of game. Nothing new but its done really well and I think thats perfect. Not every game needs to be genre defining and often times games are rated as terrible or perfect with no inbetween.
It took a while but the game is in an awesome spot right now and Im excited to see how it will be at full release. This new update added a lot of balance and more stuff to do. Also plays really well on steam deck
The game isnt that complicated or difficult really but I dont think thats the point. the exploration is done really well and with the scenery and the soundtrack it is very relaxing. Even with some of the higherstakes events Ive never felt stressed or worried about decision making. Its just a really well done mountain climbing game with a really interesting story twist.
I love how creative they were with this little gem. Great for adults and children. It has a very good difficulty slider for children and adults who need more help up to a decent difficulty level for people who want a bit of a challenge but its definitely all about the cute story and the cool and innovative game elements. I honestly hope they make another game in the series.
Great old style point and click. I love that they captured the essence of the old while making it better or easier to play because of hardware being better now. For anyone having difficulties with the opening dungeon cell, one of the tasks that did something needs to be done more than once to get out. hope that's helpful. I saw some people complaining about it being obtuse or difficult to figure out.
I love this game but I do not like how the DLC bundles are not bound together very well. They either dont show up as being purchased or in the case of the newest DLC, not at all. It always takes another patch or two or three to fix that like with this comnpanion DLC not showing up for season pass holders. This game is amazing though and it is a really amazing labour of love. Even without the DLC stuff it is fantastic and a fun world to play in.
