Same here... You get any further than the load screen yet?
I don't think anyone is playing on Mac period LOL! I'm on a brand New 15.4in MBP with a 2.7GHz iCore 7 Processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD and I can't get past the first loading bar to even get to the game menus... Based on other responses, everyone seems to be having the same issue.

Thanks for the response. That sounds frustrating. I hope they will patch the game soon...

I found a fix, disabling CSR in recovery mode allowed the game to load really fast. In case you get to that point.

I'm on a mid-2014 MBP, 2.5GHz core i7, with a GeForce card. I was able to create my character over lunch, but had to quit before starting.

The first loading bar didn't take all that long for me, but I've heard it can take quite a while on some systems.

I did a force quit and restarted and it loaded this time. Crashed when I exited though, nice.

What is the diable CSR in recovery mode workaround?

Restarted and it sticks at 100% again. Sigh. I'll leave it until tomorrow now.

I had the same issue. Dot know if anyone is playing on a Macbook Pro and the internal display. But connecting my mac to an external monitor did help. At least the game loads the main menu. But now it crashes when I try to set the graphics to low...

I turned off the System Integrity Protection, but mine also crashed when I tried lowering the graphics. Now it's back to being stuck on the loading screen.

I guess we have to wait for the next patch. ahhh

I've sent a service request in. I'll keep everyone informed.

I managed to change the graphics settings without it freezing by doing one at a time and pressing SAVE after each one, rather than trying to change the whole profile.

After restarting though it reverts to the higher setting so it clearly isn't saving the changes.

I've informed support.

I've submitted a GOG support ticket too. The more people who do this, the better.
