jimmybackman: Wizard won´t get dragon forms or why would it suck in comparison? :)
no DD for str, medium BAB and spell progression, no extra AC from bloodline.
That'd mean you would be forced into dex slashing/fencing grace build to keep up the AC and stat economy and there are very limited ways of stacking dex, so your AB goes out of the window as well. And even in dex build it would be kinda hard to compete with Str sorc in AC.
There is also a question of build itself. you'd want something like wiz4/V1/M1/AT4/EK10 to work. Obvious problem is you kinda want wiz5 for an extra feat. Wiz6/V1/M1/AT2/EK10 is an option, but that's 1d6 damage, so effectively you lose a feat still.
Even at a glance sorc5/DD4/M1/EK10 does the job better and gets level 9 spells in the process. Sure he doesn't get sneak dice, but the Str stacking alone will compensate.

So, in light of the beta being out, how would you go about building a Slayer? Preferably with no monk/vivi cheese?

Well I don't think it's out for GoG, is it? So no opinion yet. But without monk and/or vivi cheese it likely won't survive in melee.
Once I'm done fiddling with it I will publish evaluating post in the topic next door, as usual.

Cirnovant: Hello Ineffect.

How do I build a Scaled Fist monk as dps but w/ respectable AC as well?

I was getting bored of MC Sorc and wanted to play another CHA focused char (mainly for persuading) and go Musetouched Aasimar. I don't really want to use staff and other monk weapons mainly fists and want to focus on DEX for dmg but it might be abit troublesome than STR?

How do I go on about this? What styles / feats / class dips do I take? Also if possible im staying lawful neutral for rp purpose.

Edit:
Nevermind. I found Falanders_GOG monk build and it seems sufficient enough. I forgot I was browsing the V2 page and not this one.
missed your post somehow.

InEffect: Yeah, why not. Hard for sure. For unfair either a sylvan or sage would take the cake though as the former has the pet and the latter has the DC. Although W10/V2/AT8 'should' be good enough for unfair.
So I kinda wanted to make a merc now with your Scroll Savant build(replacing R1@20 with vivi for V2 Since you mentioned it above) but you didn't specifiy which bond to take. Is it Arcane?

recharging a spell is always better
Hi again!

Just finished a game with "what about dragons" MC and i enjoyed the hell out of it. Thanks!

I'm currently planning to do another run. Could you give me some pointers on how to create a ranged Fire, Earth, Fire Kineticist? I'm willing to Min/Max and i have all the DLCs as well.

I just wanted to be sure since I found conflicting information on arcane bond being bugged but I guess that was outdated. Thank you.

Hello. I wanted to shake things up and was thinking of a character who mainly uses wands? Besides Magus I have no other idea how to go through with this and the main problems would be
1.Wands have their own caster levels attached to them. Is there a feat that makes wands follow the owners caster level?
2.Wands have limited stocks. I have no idea if it's possible to refresh/recharge wand charges or if it's possible to craft them?
I only know Magus has 2 wand arcana feats but other than that I have no idea if there are any other feats that would benefit wands.

there are 2 feats for wands for magus. One of those allows to use your casting stat instead the min one, the other allows to use those with spell combat. Bad news are there is no way to craft wands in the game and you can't bring CL to your level as you would with scroll savant.
Best bet would be going max Cha Scion that you already kinda want to do and hoping you get good wands from the artisan(that also has problems as you are better off taking rods from her). Overall, not worth it, but doable.
Maybe max int base Magus would work too as he could grab profane staff from varn DLC to ramp his wand DC's bit higher.

After getting Jubilost in my current play through I think I'm in love with Alchemists. The Sylvan Sorc you recommended is also fun but Alchemist blew me away, no pun intended! I love the ability to throw stuff on my enemies and still be able to buff myself and even others with a different resource pool! I had a completely different concept in my mind when i first saw the class in character creation so I never bothered trying it.

I feel a bit bad about it since you already helped me so much and I learned a lot thanks to you but is it possible to request an Alchemist build? Preferably Hard maybe Unfair? I got some experience in challenging now with the Sorc and I think I am ready to try Hard and maybe even push to unfair. I know and understand that Unfair requires abusing game mechanics. I'm okay with Min-Max or rather I would prefer it, so that when I fail I know it was my fault and not the build. I own the DLC. My only request would be that I would like it to be either Human/Aasimar/Tiefling/[Half-]Elf/ unless this severely hampers the build.

I do appreciate all you have done for me and I'd like to thank you again.

there is not much of a build for greanadiers. PB/Precise shot and take extra bombs on every level. Cognatogen, quick bombs, acid bombs, choking bombs, curse bombs.
Technically one could add Weapon focus/Dazzle/Shatter, but it's not really needed.
That's about it. No point in multiclassing those or doing anything fancy. Jubi is pretty much what you end up with anyway
So, looking around for some reach builds, didn't see any in your guide (maybe just missed them), thought I'd post here.

Mostly just theorycrafting a party for the upcoming roguelike dungeon, so endgame item cheese is not a consideration. I'll probably start a lot of engagements with summon spam + CC + ranged attacks, but I want a reach guy to back up my tank and take advantage of seize the moment. Don't really want to many melee, as they tend to jam up in tight quarters or rush into my own CC (or traps) when I'm not paying attention, but a reach guy is easier to control.

With that in mind, I'd like to work around the following restrictions...

Can have TWF levels, but not TWF x20 (would be to boring).

No Barbarian levels, he (probably she) is a refined warrior without attitude problems.

A lot of attacks of opportunity, we'll be using fear with other characters, and seize the moment. Probably outflank too (seize the moment for the ranged, outflank for the tank).

Would be nice, but is not necessary, if she could enlarge herself.

Dump stats: Charisma if it's not useful for the build. At least 3 skill points per level for intelligence consideration. At least 10 wisdom.

I was thinking something like 13 sword saint, 7 TWF, with something like fauchard. But not having played a sword saint, I don't know if that gimps their spell progression to much, or that is to say, no idea if that's viable or not.

Anyways, appreciate a build or some ideas.

take trip vivisectionist maybe? opportunist is better than seize the moment anyways. https://www.gog.com/forum/pathfinder_kingmaker/ineffects_guide_v2/post230
thing is a tank, has reach and as such fills all the requirements. including not clogging frontline. Can make use of LN robe if you have LG one occupied.

Hmm does bite force you into close range though? That's kind of what I want to avoid with this character, though tripping is always fun, supposing you can get the tripping cloak in the roguelike dungeon (not the version of the dungeon for the main campaign, which also means LG robes aren't a consideration).

What about some ideas that don't use Vivi as the primary class?
