epchain: I tried to install GOG GALAXY 2.0 on Windows 8.1 x64, installer just loads system libraries and immediately exits with code -1073740791 (according to ProcessMonitor)
That appears to be a buffer overflow error, which would mean that Galaxy may not be compatible with windows 8.1x64

Maybe, though dowload page says client supports Windows 8 and later. It would also be nice to support Windows 7
...
After doing some search it seems to be the case: exception code 0xC0000409 = STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN
ProcessMonitor also tells: _misaligned_access + 0x118e in ntoskrnl.exe
Possible solution: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dsvc/2009/12/28/investigating-a-gscookie-corruption/
Hope this helps

To be fai Corsair said their Icue software for my devices is compatible too but here it is with an issue communicating with Opengl and cant actually draw its UInterface for me.

Cookie corruption? Interesting.
Hello,

I searched the forum but didn't find anything. Does anyone know why for PS4 you cannot connect the account? It says "A connection to the server could not be established." I tried yesterday as well, today as well, same thing.:(
So after hours of using gog 2.0 I had to close it, because the library was completly empty for no real reason and now it won't launch, even after a pc restart.

No error , no notification just nothing why it won't start anymore.

Noice, can't wait. I'm a newbie on GOG, and most of my friends play console, so I'm an outcast, lmao.
Im completely confused on how to install libraries from steam,Epic,Orgin

Pospesel: Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas are both listed twice in my library. I only own these games on Steam.
I had the same issue with both games and a couple more, but after updating to 2.0.9 it seems to be fixed. Not sure if it was the client update or the integration that also got updated, though.

Are you on the latest version?

I'm running it on Win 7 Ultimate x64 just fine.
Just brought all my games together in one place. Picked up on all my installed games, great for easy access. Running Windows 10 with latest patches. So far so good.
My main issues with Galaxy 2.0 so far have been:

(A) issues adding Steam Family Share games, and
(B) games with missing information (developer, publisher, platform).

It would at least be nice to specify the platform if one cannot be detected. Related to that I'd like to know what the data sources are for games and 'critic scores'.

EDIT: I see now that the Steam integration is an HTTP implementation. Probably it would be too much work to have a Web API integration without an official Steam connection, so I understand if this isn't feasible.

Finally all my game libraries in one place, including PSN, this is overwhelming! Except for Death Stranding (PSN) achievements not showing up, everything is awesome so far.

Oh, that's great!
I guess developers should reflect this on GOGG 2.0 download page. Why limit to Windows 8, if Windows 7 already works?

I guess it's not officially supported.
Would like to have a Sort by purchase date if only for GOG i dont need it for the others just GOG titles.

Thats the one thing thats missing from this that is killing the rapid fire experience for me.
