Jack is Life! Jack is Love! The Keaning is happening!

Most sales are just that: some nice deals, tons of games, some flowery marketing talk about those deals. Nothing more, nothing less. As you know, last year we ran our Fall Insomnia Promo with the usual expectations that follow a typical sale.

The Insomnia Promo was different. Very, very different. It morphed into something beyond our wildest expectations. Entire communities were staying awake for this sale. The RPG Codex was busily snapping up and all classic RPGs. 4chan's very own /v/ put aside their usual bickering about which console was best and started trying to find The Pattern (sorry guys, you didn't crack it :^) ). Meanwhile, Jack Keane acquired a cult following (JACK IS LOVE! JACK IS LIFE!) all the while collecting a flurry of 5 star reviews where gamers documented all sorts of miraculous manifestations of Jack's blessing in their lives. Lastly, the Insomnia promo garnered its own entry on our [url=http://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/the_return_of_the_insomnia_sale]wishlist.

Welcome to our Spring Insomnia Sale! Back by popular demand*, we will be putting up 100 games in limited quantities** with discounts up to 90%. We'll have more games for sale than Noah had animals in his ark. Indies. Classics. Classic indies, even. All kinds of games for all kinds of gamers. However, you have to be fast, faster than those Polish script kiddies*** lurking outside our offices so they can get 0.1 ms of ping!

We did change things up a bit this year. While checking out, keep an eye peeled for a random chance to get a free game. Yes, this time there will be no more split second freebies so everyone has an equal chance :)

A charming game that recently was released for Iphone and Android. The PC version is pretty hard but Imho still a good game.

That's the main trick to this sale, actually. I was honestly surprised that LBA was included at all. I noticed a lot of the games here are sequels. :) [Or, if not a "lot", then an equally generally and slightly smaller term "several" might be applied. ;) ]

Not sure where you live so I sent the toasts to the center of the U.S. so it shouldn't be too far, it's not as if your country was as big as Canada.
Ah, but is it the geographical center of the US, or the geographical center of the contiguous 48? I need to know whether to send my drone interceptor to Kansas or South Dakota.

Ok, so I guess I'm a nerd, but I got started looking at various centers of the US. Apparently the center of the country based on population is in MIssouri. That's actually closer to me than either Kansas or South Dakota. So choose that one please, thanks. :D

Yes, sort of... I have no food but I'm too tired to go shopping because I didn't sleep enough, go figure 0_o
(I did sleep a couple hours but seeing as this thing has only moved 5 games since Theme Park, it can't be that long ago)

Yes it warms you up to the sequel, if you have a fun experience with the game you will be itching for the sequel.

Even if you does not play it or it does not convince you to buy the sequel, on the next sales you see it's sequel and think I already have the precedence game, might as well get this as well. Since I bought the previous prequel title, it must be nice and so shall this be.

Things should speed up a bit, since the US, Canada, Brazil, etc are waking up now (US east coast is 7 hours behind us, if I remember correctly). This makes a huge part of GOG's userbase together with Europe.
