The voodoo you should do.

Shadow Man, a remarkably dark and gripping action-adventure game based on the voodoo-filled comic book series, is available on GOG.com for only $5.99! With your purchase, you also get a comiXology giftcode for the digital Shadowman (2012) #1 comic book, and a $5.99 discount code for a Valiant Comics official Shadowman t-shirt (7-day offer)!

They say that magic of blood is the ultimate kind of magic. It pleases the mighty dark spirits of the Deadside, giving its user power that no human being should ever wield. But the human soul is easily corruptible by such temptations. There are always those, who would reach for the forbidden fruit. They will kill to taste it. They will kill again to keep it. But the Man of Shadows, the traveler between the worlds, stands guard. His destiny is to maintain balance between the Deadside and the Liveside. By the power of gruesome voodoo artifacts, he's implored to stop all strife--by any means necessary.

Shadow Man is a third-person perspective action game that will amaze you with its dark story and aesthetics. You will explore two overlapping worlds, held together by the power of eternal magic. The nonlinear gameplay will take you to numerous impressive locations with many terrifying enemies to defeat and clever puzzles to solve. If you enjoy action games with deep and unique setting, solid gameplay, and dark mood, you can't go wrong with this comic book-inspired classic!

Start your fascinating journey through the dark realms of bloody magic and madness in Shadow Man, for only $5.99 on GOG.com, today! Special bonus codes for the comic book and $5.99 discount for the official Valiant Comics t-shirt will be e-mailed to you. This special offer lasts until Tuesday, September 24, at 9:59AM GMT.

tfishell: YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN, GOG. :D *Online clapping*

I don't want to take credit or give credit to where it isn't due, but I do recall coming across this game and emailing a company who I thought had some of Acclaim's rights. So it's possible I or another rights' searcher helped out on this one, or this may have already been in the pipeline a while before then. :)

Either way, very cool!
Would you happen to know if the rights to Forsaken were held by the same company? I really hope we'll get that on GOG sometime in the not too distant future.

What you amateurs do with weird chicken scratches, we do with entire words:
Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz
My favourite, if I remember it correctly is handschuhschneeballwerfer.
I bought Soulbringer from a promo a few weeks back without checking the gamecard, but I remember I liked the demo alot, even if it ran a bit slow on my PC back then. Imagine my disapointment when I downloaded the game and it was the wrong game, but could for the life of me not remember the title of the game I was thinking of.

Low and behold, Shadow Man, you shall be mine at last.

PS: Turn out Soulbringer is not a bad RPG, so no loss there.
Psst...GOG...might want to recheck your spelling of "apocalypse" on the product page...
You´ ve released Shadow Man? :OOO

I´ve played that game when it was only a demo, back in 1999!

Looks fine to me :P
I would just like it made known to the world that I psychically predicted this game being released. I think I may be an actual psychic.

Last weekend I had a dream that gog had released a bundle of about 5 Simpsons games. I remember they included Bart Vs the Space Mutants (a game I spent many hours playing when I was a kid - badly) and Krusty's Fun House. I don't think I even knew the other games. One may have been the arcade game.

Anyway, now I see that this game has been released. A game made by Acclaim, the same people who published many Simpsons games (although I understand many of which are not the pc ports).

So yeah, basically, my psychic powers were a little off, but I totally predicted this would happen!!!

Tomorrow, I predict Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Manhattan Missions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm, it seems to be a similar situation as far as Acclaim publishing both games. Forsaken was developed by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Probe_Entertainment (before being acquired by Acclaim and renamed Acclaim Cheltenham), but it'd take some snooping around to see who owns the rights currently.

It's possible http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Throwback_Entertainment has the rights, although I've sent emails to them in the past and I don't believe they've responded.

fisk0: I've heard some decent things about this game, so I'll probably pick it up, but what made me most ecstatic about this release is that it was developed by Acclaim Teesside, who also made the fantastic Descent clone Forsaken.
This release makes a GOG release of Forsaken seem more likely, and I'm really hoping that'll happen soon.

I thought Acclaim Studios Teesside had something to do with it too, but maybe it was just porting it?
