GhostQlyph: Scum would react quick to defend themselves at any cost, or lay low entirely and hope the spotlight passes over. Defense is okay, even just acting dismissive altogether (see: nmillar), but overreaction and completely ignoring that there is a vote on you are pretty scummy.
This is why voting randomly works to spot mafia sometimes, because like you said, they might be overly defensive for no reason, or stay too quiet as to not draw attention (although the latter could simply be due to having a busy life). I'll withdraw my vote, unvote GhostQlyph. I think you're too active, but not really in a very defensive mode, and I doubt the mafia would be writing out such long posts without fear of slipping up somehow (that's my theory at least).

GhostQlyph: The Dark Heresy thing does throw a spanner in the works, yes, but as I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, "Early on it was admittedly asspulls and going off of tiny hunches, but it all paid off." I still find it fishy, but it's no longer a huge reason, it's just one pebble on a mountainside.
And this is why we should keep external influences out from this game, people. It can mess things up.

As for Damnation, he was definitely a little 'off', but then again I can see him making mistakes simply because he was under pressure. Nevertheless, he's gone up the suspect list for me as well.
avatar
GhostQlyph: His very first reaction was to retaliate against my suspicions of him and scumvote of Orryyrro with a reason that is completely counter-intuitive to me, and append a lynchvote to it.
avatar
Damnation: I voted for you, I have not lynchvoted you, otherwise you'd be dead.
My mistake. But your intention was a lynch, otherwise why would you have posed the vote? Poor wording on my part again, but my point gets across the same.
Both GhostQlyph and Damnation seem a bit suspicious to me, we won't get anywhere by not doing anything, so...vote Damnation

Wasn't one of your main evidence against me because of poor wording on my part?

It was the most prominent one, and the one that lead me to make the connection between your actions and Orryyrro as mafia. The main one currently is your over-reaction to a vote that didn't affect you directly at all. If you think you can turn this around onto me with my wording, by all means try. If I'm mafia, I encourage you to bring the evidence. I'm sure there's plenty, I've slipped I think three times on this page alone, and I've typed quite a bit of stuff. Godspeed.

Since when have I stated it was about your vote on Orryyrro? If I have, it has been poor wording on my part. And secondly, I have just recently admitted that I don't think you're mafia, so why goad me into bringing "evidence?"

And you have more than once said that my wording was what implicated me, now my hypothotical question is what links me and Orryyrro together? I'm not sure I follow?

I'm not really sure about this either and I would also love to hear an explanation, since Ghost seems to be really sure of this even though Orryyrro hasn't said too much.
oh Damnation - youre at 5 votes and counting, was everyone aware of this?

Lets up the ante a little....

Alright, I can see there’s no point in fighting the inevitable. Guess this plan was foolish at best, anyhow. You’re all right, I’m scum, and my role is Jack Thompson (Mafia Roleblocker), so congrats on picking that threat out.
But, as I said in the mafia night topic, if I was the one focused and I would be going down, I will take you with me. The plan in its entirety was that GhostQlyph would pick a random townie (Orryyrro), nmillar (third mafia) and myself and point the finger at us. She would then drop the charges against one of us, focusing on the one doing the worst job at defense. Unfortunately me, but shit happens I suppose. The main point was to clear out GhostQlyph so she could appear innocent throughout, at least, the majority of the game and pick off townies at night. We needed her to appear as a strong asset to the town, but I do not like the way she went about it – hence I’m outing the plan. It was a careful plot, but the doubtful factor is always the extreme metalhead, a little chaos never hurt anyone, right?

What the... hell? This can't be correct, can it?

Unfortunately, it is. Sorry, nmillar, Ghost was just too vexing to put up with this plan.

It could be, but it could also be an attempt to throw us off from the remaining two mafia, I suppose the easiest way to find out would be to lynch one of the remaining two people outed by Damnation on day 2.
Hmm, this is interesting.

Evidently, but I do speak truth.

This is true. If we sacrifice either one of nmillar or Ghost we'd know.
