P1na: Does kickstarter even check these things? I know teams that go for other platforms (indiegogo) because kickstarter is supposed to be more curated, and then you see stuff like that.
I think they only check it A) when the project ends and its time to collect money or B) when there's an actual claim against it. I don't think Disney is too worried about this project actually making money, and I doubt they're even aware of it at this point (or that they ever will be).

I'm so glad I just saw this thread...

I wonder why the game hardware that bleeds you has been suspended...

I know these ones haven't had much funding, but it does make you think how much money you could make with some techno babble and half decent pictures or diagrams...

IIRC a couple of months ago Kickstarter removed the review process and allowed projects to be created immediately.

I come to this thread to laugh at idiotic projects. I go to the other one to see if there's anything worth backing. In which of them do you want me to read about the project you want to share?

I personally don't mind what you do, just giving a tip here.
