It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

rayden54: I don't know if it'd help, but you might be able to use something like the Razer Naga.

Personally, I tend to rebind movement in most games to a mouse button if it'll let me. If it won't, I've recently discovered the world of AutoHotKey which'll let me do it anyway.

HetzerOne: I have a couple of mice like that, but I *really* strongly prefer to mouse with a Logitech trackball, partly because that is the best solution I have found for not getting RSI trouble in my RIGHT wrist.

But yes, I was thinking of re-trying one or more of the multitude of extra-button gaming mice I have accumulated.

(Yes, yes, I *am* a bourgeois, toy-hoarding, materialist, middle class guy with lots and lots of toys and very little self -control. Why do you ask?)

I don't know what your feelings towards point 'n click adventures are, but there are some great games in that genre, some of which are available right here on GOG.com, and most of them only require you to use the mouse (as the name would imply). Since you failed to mention it in the OP, I take it you're not a big fan of the genre, and will keep my p-n-c recommendations to a minimum:

- The Broken Sword Series (Shadow of The Templars, The Smoking Mirror, The Sleeping Dragon, The Angel of Death and The Serpent's Curse);
- Beneath a Steel Sky;
- The Legend of Kyrandia trilogy (Book One, Book Two, Book Three);
- The Deponia trilogy (Deponia, Chaos on Deponia, Goodbye Deponia);
- Primordia;
- Machinarium;
- Sanitarium;
- Harvester;
- Bad Mojo (no mouse support, but you only play with the arrow keys, so there's no need to use your left hand at all);
- The Cat Lady (same as with Bad Mojo, all you need are the arrow keys and the Enter/Return key);

There are lots more, but for now I think this is a long enough list of point and click adventures.

As for aRPGs, I'd highly suggest you try both Nox and Torchlight, even though you'll need to use your right hand for spells, potions and items.

All of the Infinity Engine games (Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2, Planescape: Torment and Icewind Dale followed by Icewind Dale 2) can be played entirely with no use of the keyboard whatsoever.

Hope you'll like some of these, and have a quick recovery! :D

Temple of Elemental Evil?

Also anything Civilization-style would work.
