Also, looks like they been on Sale several times in about 2 years which isn't a lot. Looks like 75% off each or so.

They did. Gogdb has been broken since the new site update months ago.
They were only 50% of during the Winter Sale but that's because they were 66% or 75% for Rise of an Empire in November for the Midweek Strategy Sale.
