Yeah, I've noticed that, too. They used to answer support tickets fairly quickly, but lately they've been leaving people hanging for a ridiculously unacceptable amount of time. This is extremely unprofessional. If it didn't happen very often, it might be understandable, but it happens all the time now. They clearly don't care at all about their customers, and that makes me want to shop elsewhere.

It seems to depend on what kind of support you are requesting. I opened two support tickets for the wrong gamecards on Sudden Strike 2 and Myst Masterpiece. It's a thing that Judas would fix in seconds (but I could not reach it) - so far no reply. However when I asked about a way to set the game "Haimrik" to German I got response the next day (which is a response time I ususally have when asking such questions). I will try to inform GOG staff in discord - helped the last time.

Apologies for so far only replying to first of the two of your recent tickets. Unfortunately, handling the No Man's Sky extended refund offer caused a bit of a backlog that we are still working on right now which is the reason for the delay :(
Still, on average we reply within less than a day and are doing our best to keep this time as short as possible. We will reply to your second ticket in a moment. Once again, sorry for the wait.
