We've uploaded an updated version of Baldur's Gate: Original Saga for Macs that is compatible with El Capitan.
This update means that disabling the System Integrity Protection feature is no longer required.

Oh dear, I wish there was a way to deactivate all Mac related flags. I'm drowning in those although the Mac versions are the only files I have so little interest in, that I don't even bother downloading them although I'm saving anything else that I bought, even Russian versions of games.

Soooooo.... Can GOG fix the update system yet? Firstly, I don't get updates for games that do update (Witcher 3, Kickstarted versions, etc...) or apparently not for any minor ones since it's a manual flag. And! I can't opt-out of getting update notifications for MacOS-only updates.

And Baldur's Gate 2 Complete got infected by the Geralt disease.

You're still on 10.7? Wineskin still supports 10.6+, and GOG's WINE-based games are practically just pre-made Wineskin wrappers (even though they may use GOG-specific builds of WINE engines). Those games should work just fine on your Mac, and failing that, you can download the Windows version and make your own Wineskin wrapper.

Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure - Director's Cut got the El Capitan compatibility treatment:
