ok, so clicking the drop down arrow in galaxy was not showing a changelog.

web page, account, library clicking right drop down arrow shows no changelog

so, I click on the item icon, and behold a changelog.

I still stand by my original comment. The changelog buried where it is is not good and need to be moved front and center for updates. At least now I know that they do have such a mechanism, it's just placed in some assinine location.
