POLE7645: The installer for The Witcher 2 has been updated to 3.0.1. No idea why this one is a third version instead of a second. Unless it's a mistake in the numbering.

Ubivis: When Witcher 2 became the enhanced edition, the installer was 2.0, but the GOG installer got now updated too, so I guess they continues just the numberinglogic and used 3.0
The thing is that last time I checked (maybe two days ago), it was listed as 1.0.0. That's why I'm curious.

Well, there's a size difference (14,99 GB compared to 15,6 GB) so the installer indeed was updated. That's one change I noticed in every updated installer.

I don't think it was actually updated. The file I have (download date 31.10.2012) and it's setup_the_witcher_2_ee_3.0.1.17 and it's definitely the old version of the installer. Perhaps the blue guy can say something...

Beats me ;) Perhaps it's somehow connected with the current Witcher 2 promo...
Looks like a typo to me, but I cannot check that until morning. Sorry for that.
Could we learn next planned updates coming for which games ?

Well, they did say that they couldn't get the rights for that version back in 2009, so I have no idea. Then again, it's the first time I got an update notification for an updated installer, which means that the update must be pretty major.
