I don't have much to add regarding spiders, but I won't take that insult to crates lying down. Every game needs crates! (Well, every RPG, at least.)

Did anyone make a "Spiders!" gogmix ? Can't seem to find one.

My participation to the thread would to warn against Path of Exile spiders. These are Resident_Evil_level spiders.

and this game isnt on gog but lord of the rings war in the north has a set of huge ass spiders when you get to mirkwood

It's already been pointed out, but the list has not been updated:

Little Big Adventure 2 is NOT spider-free.

They appear in two locations, and the largest is quite large and not the most cartoony I can think about. You don't need to see it in order to finish the game, though.

Diablo: Hellfire (the expansion from Sierra) had spiders though if I remember correctly.
