LordCinnamon: Also, I think the graphics could use an update, don't you think?

DrIstvaan: Why? It's the most realistic and up-to-date graphic simulation I've ever seen!

No, it doesn't have 1080p support.
Starcon 2 and Curse of Monkey Island are probably my all time faves. MOO2 is close.
You'll hate me. Yes, it's that game. With two Fs and a roman numeral 7.
Hmmm all time favourite Might & Magic VIII: The Day of the Destroyer.
Dungeon Keeper
Rayman 2
Duke Nukem 3D
Age of Empires II
Vampires The Masquerade: Redemption (played with cheats all the way through...it was awesome, I don't regret it in the slightest lol)

Wishbone: Dungeon Keeper

This, 100%. If we could see this on GOG then I would purchase it over food, drink, anything!
Ok besides the comment, it's an awesome game.
Europa Universalis III (with mods).
Most replayability for me. IMO, only sandbox games (like Civ, EU, HoI,or the TW serie I don't like) would qualify, since you can play them almost indefinitly without being bored.

For multiplayer? StarCraft and UT2004 are up there.
WarCraft 3 is also fun times.
Planescape Torment
Settlers 2. The game my wife and I keep returning to.
Heroes of Might & Magic episodes...
And of course Baldur's Gate.
And Deus Ex, for sure.
Torment, I guess.
Or Supreme Snowboarding!
Ummm ... Thief 2
I was going to say Star Ocean: the Second Story, but then someone had to go say Star Control 2...
BTW, does anyone know what the God Mode cheat for that Real Life thing people have been talking about? I'd be interested to try it out...
Hmm... I think System Shock. Somewhat dated now, but it had me engrossed like no other game before or since.
