Trawling through MaGoG, I came across the entry for Dark Matter.

Launched 17 October 2013

A few days later the description was modified to indicate you were only buying half a game.

GOG has revised the game's description to read “ The first half of a thrilling, gripping story,” (revision in bold) and offered refunds to anyone who thought they were buying the full game. As of this writing, Steam hasn't taken any action and isn't offering refunds.
It was then removed from sale on 22 October 2013 (per MaGoG)

Is this the record for the shortest listing on GOG?

Maybe Death Gate... not sure for how long it was here though. I saw it, grabbed it, it was gone the next day? Two days after?

License hell.
What about "Call of Cthullu: Dark Corners of the earth"?

It was released on October 31. 2017, but on November 11 it disappeared.

More than 9 months later it was back:

So I've done some more browsing

If we don't count subsequent relisting, Death Gate appears to take second place Added 3 January 2018, removed 28 February 2018.

Re-Volt appears to take third place Listed 3 October 2013, removed 14 January 2014.

Licensing strikes again.

It was brought to our attention, that the version of the game uses content modded in by the Re-Volt community (namely programmers known as Huki and Jigebren), but the authors of the said modification were never asked for permission to use their work commercially, nor they were properly credited for it.

We have reached out to the Re-Volt community, and we are working with the IP right holder to clear all the questions that have arisen about the game build they have supported.
There are a few other reports where community content was included without permission, but I don't think the content creators are in any position to complain.
