Read the beginning of the flavor here.
----
The Puzzlemaster wrote down the actors Grimsby mentioned. "So, you want those three to act? Cause if they're missing someone or two, we won't be putting them into the contract!"

"I'm sure, just get on with your people." Grimsby said impatiently.

"Alright alright." The Puzzlemaster wrote down his five actors, before passing the pen back to Grimsby. "You know what to do."

Grimsby hesitated before almost signing. "I know who Bookwyrm is, but what the hell is this Beatrice?"

"Oh, that's just some robot by VIKI Technologies or Incorporated or whatchamacallit. It helped cut down staff costs. Loyal little thing."

"...I see. Oh well, whatever." Grimsby signed the contract.

"Finally." Puzzlemaster smiled cockily. "We'll call those people of yours, and I'll tell mine to do their best. I betcha can't prove me wrong."

"Yeah yeah," Grimsby dismissed him, "I got this in the bag."

----

"OK, all is good. We've got everyone outside for the test screenings. Let them in!" Bookwyrm ordered BEATRICE v1.1, who quickly opened the door and let the actors in.

First to enter was the Scandinavian vaudeville actor Trent Olf, with his still unnerving grin. Absolutely nobody could remember this name though, in comparison to his stage name Tap-Happy Trent. Bookwyrm was scratching his head, wondering who thought having him in a film involving wars. What was he going to do, dance?
Next up was a person concealed in a black cloak. Revealing themselves in a pretty dramatic fashion was Garry Allard, the person behind the legendary vigilante known as The Shadow. He was very popular in his time, but now all he does is collaborate with new superhero blood. Well, he was more useful than Trent in this case, but what was the point?
Following the Shadow was a person in a suit with a top hat. When he took the top hat off, Bookwyrm knew he was The Great Zenefredi before he even finished the old rabbit trick. A great magician for his time, but Bookwyrm thought of him as a great joke for this movie.
And then, it was Liftin' Rasil, lead singer of the Raisin' Hell Band. Bookwyrm thought his placement as an actor was a waste of talent when he could compose the movie's soundtrack or do the sound engineering. Rumor had it that he was part of a one-man "band" so to say, but it's mostly speculation by the 7-sama online imageboards.
Clenching his fist tightly was Dawn Perry - commonly known as μFist, who was basically always a side actor that everyone remembered fondly and still do. At last, Bookwyrm was satisfied with this choice of actor, as Dawn was extremely versatile, unlike the man playing the main character in his debut.
"Speak of the devil." Bookwyrm muttered under his breath as Captain Sapphire followed Dawn. Nobody knew what his real name was apart from rumors that it began with Joe, but even before playing the live-action version of the Saturday morning hero, he became obsessed with the character. Where does he even fit into this movie?
Supple Scene was next. He looked just about the same as before, a handsome actor with glowing white teeth, though a few strands of his hair were white. He was a great match for comedic roles, but with the theme of the movie, he was a little out of place.
Finally, there was Darth Roberts. The guy only starred in a few movies but gained a reputation because of his skill in playing serious roles. Hell, he even refuses to crack any jokes. Roberts was an outstanding choice for the movie, but how would he fit with the circus?

"Grimsby, Puzzlemaster." Bookwyrm turned around to the two. "What exactly is your movie?"

Just as Grimsby began speaking, Puzzlemaster cut him. The two continued to interrupt each other. Bookwyrm sighed before turning back to the actors. "Before we get to the test screenings, there's something you all gotta do."

"Introduce ourselves?" Dawn asked.

"No. That's boring." Bookwyrm yawned. "Rasil, tell him." He demanded.

"Read some papers and sign them. Boring stuff." The rock star said.

"Yep, that's correct!" Bookwyrm said, before pointing to a table with eight stacks of papers on them. "You've all got 30 seconds to read and sign your paperwork. Chop-chop!"

DA RULES:
Read the Secret Hitler rulebook for the game's relevant rules.
The GOGFather rules:
1. Cryptoclaiming is forbidden.
2. Betting among players is forbidden.
3. Real-life issues take priority over the game, but abuse of this rule is forbidden.
(You can read them in full detail here.)
My rules:
4. You are expected to post every 48 hours. This rule will be paused for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. If you're going to be away, inform me as per Rule 3.
5. Either set your chat privacy settings to allow messages from guests or add me as a friend so that I can send you PMs.
6. When you vote on a government, PM your vote to me in secret. You can change this vote anytime for as many times as you like until everyone has voted. When everyone has voted, the votes will be revealed in public.
7. When you're in government (i.e. successfully voted for president and chancellor combo), your actions also take place in PMs. You will be shown what cards you drew or were given and will be expected to choose which to discard or pass. You may NOT post in the thread. You may post again after you're out of government.
8. When you nominate a player as Chancellor, you cannot change the nomination. Please nominate publicly and in bold. The same goes for investigations, special presidencies and executions.
9. Never edit your posts. If you must, let me know in advance what you plan to change, and I may accept or reject it.
10. When you're executed, you can no longer post in the thread. A single "bah" post is OK, but any more than that will make me angry. You don't want to see me when I am angry.
11. Please do not talk about the game outside of this thread.
12. Do not quote any part of your PM.
13. Observers interested in commentating on the game should let me know in PM.
14. I am the sole moderator of this game as of writing. Depending on how severely you break the rules, you will - at my discretion - either be prodded, warned or replaced.

EDIT 20TH JAN 2020:
Addendum 1. You can vote for the current government and up to two upcoming governments. The votes will apply immediately once a chancellor is nominated in the upcoming governments, regardless of who is the nominated player.

Before I read my role I'd like to quote ZFR
Before the game starts, could you please randomize the order?

In the [previous to the] previous game, the player order was the same as the signup order (unless of course random.org just happened to give the same order...), which I don't think was the best idea, since unlike mafia order does play an important role in this game,
...
It's true, that since roles got randomized, the chances of fascists/liberals winning are same regardless of player order. The point here is that those who signed up last get less chance of being President. Take blotunga as an example, who's 10th twice in a row. For the sake of giving every player the same chance of having the "fun" part of the game (choosing chancellor, passing policies...) I think those should be randomized.

JoeSapphire: Before I read my role-
YOU POSTED! ANGRY POOKA IS BEING UNLEAS-

Yes, the player order has been randomized. If you want proof, well, Trent was the first sign up, but the first president is actually

GameRager is now president and must nominate a chancellor.

To all players: GO!

To all players: GO!
Talk about being put on the spot(but thanks for the pseudo vote of confidence :))....um, who to nominate...well let's see: I could just pick the first player(non game mod that is) which would be Joe, but that's too lazy and easy.....so I Nominate Darth Roberts/Rwarehall.

Did I do good, Op? :D

(Also To OP: You might want to add a rule or optional guideline to bold all votes/nominations/actions and/or replies to the mod to make it easier on yourself :))
Hi
President GameRager has nominated RWarehall for Chancellorship. Everyone, please send all your votes in PM to me.

That's Rule 8:

ZFR: Hi
Hello there....now what can I do to convince you to vote for this humble and randomly picked stranger(myself) and this other stranger I randomly picked at random?

A big promise that i'll likely not keep? A "donation" to your pension or personal use fund? Kissing babies? :D

As your president, I will ask not what you can do for me, but what I can do for me...I mean you. *Flaps cape dramatically*
For everyone's convenience, the OP will update as the game goes along, so check it whenever you need to. It will display current game phase and log the actions taken by players, which include: Chancellor nominations, governments going into office, enacted policies, and actions taken. I will not list deck or action claims, and each government success or failure will link to the relevant vote count.
Gentlemen, I'm honoured to be playing this game with you all.

So... I'm gonna say that the Fascists are... RWarehall, Microfish and ZFR. Once the game is over you may shower me with praises. NO Actually I change my mind it's not ZFR at all. RWarehall, Microfish and Trentonlf. Yes. I think I got that right.

Anyone thinking of voting No to the proposed government?

What? No lift? o.0

Also what are you basing your picks on, if I may ask? Random number generator, lucky dice, drawing straws, black magic, fortune cookie texts?

I was thinking of it.....I mean after all those mafia games where I kept getting suspected I have now started to doubt myself. o.0

WHAT? Not me? I am disappoint!

@GR: about your nomination: nominating the very next player in line would have been bad. It would give the nominated player the chance to participate in two successive governments. Once as Chancellor, once as President and as long as we don't know anything about players, that's a conglomeration of power that is to be avoided. Personally, I would have nominated someone from the lower half, but well, what's done is done.
