UPDATE: The Royal Edition is now available for purchase, containing new skins, cutscenes, battlegrounds, and more! Get it 30% off until May 30, 10am UTC.
Owners of the base game get a permanent 80% discount on Royal Edition.

Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs, a turn-based RPG where you try not to spill too much of your royal blood, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.

After an ill-fated expedition to empty the treasury, Kay and his royal siblings must reluctantly go on an adventure to restore the kingdom to its former glory. Thankfully, this means exciting turn-based fighting, weapon-crafting, plenty of kooky characters to meet or recruit, and lots of sightseeing.

Can someone help?

I got two old saves for Regalia, one on chapter 7, one post-game.
Point is, I cannot see any new content from Tome DLC and also - no new chars at all.
I cannot construct new building, though I see it.
I see two more char placeholders when heading out, but otherwise - nothing at all from the new royal ed. ('cept costumes, but they are not what I want)

alric_victor: What exactly is this "Paragons and Pajamas" DLC. Is this dlc already in the game or what? cant find any information about it besides kickstarter goal or something.

NuffCatnip: IT's different costumes for each character.
In your character tab is a 'Customize' button, in the 'normal version' that button didn't do anything, I haven't installed the Royal Edition yet, but I'd assume you'll be able to change your characters appearance from the get go.
Huh... then what about this? http://prntscr.com/jp6w9l

vulchor: The original version of Regalia supported GOG Galaxy Achievements, can someone verify if this new Royal Edition supports them? The game card says it does not, but that would be bizarre!
I just bought it aaaaand nope, it doesn't have achievements. This is bizarre indeed.

Hi, the new version of the game, Regalia - Royal Edition, don't have the achievements like the normal version, do you plan to add them in the future? And if not, can you please consider to add them? It would be nice to be able to completely enjoy the full version of the game with all its features enabled! Thanks for your consideration.

Thank you so much for getting back to me about this. I sincerely hope the dev changes their mind and adds achievements in, this is now my biggest pet peeve with games released on GOG... so much so that I've created a GOG mix about it that now stands at 400 games and growing: https://www.gog.com/mix/achievements_on_steam_but_not_gog?ccr=y

This is a problem that GOG needs to tackle themselves, they need to push devs to include achievements when their game also has ones on Steam. The fact that the devs included achievements on their original GOG release but not this re-release is insane, though!

Can you purchase Royal Edition at $4.99 as a gift (loyalty discount), if you already own Men and Monarchs?
