Paleoncologist: Same here. I assume I have to finish downloading this 10 gig patch before the game will run. Looks like I'll be playing tomorrow instead.
Its a 240 Mb patch, and it starts to retry (fully) download if something goes wrong. Guess what, its an infinite loop now.

Hi, you could try to restart galaxy, I killed all gog processes then restarted galaxy and now it is loading. Maybe don't click PLAY to early, wait for it updating.

Just to be sure: When you have downloaded all the files after release, right click on the Title and click Verify install or look for updates to get the 241 MB patch as well :) Have fun everyone!

The game is now 3rd bestselling GOG game of all time according to the sorting option. No idea if that includes physical keys or whatever, but that's pretty impressive/neat to me. I assume it'll reach #1 in the near future.

Wow. I mean it is probably #4 since The WItcher 3 and The Witcher 3 GOTY are two seperate products in this sorting, but STILL! 1 hour after release....
I am also impressed that almost half a million people are playing CP77 right now on Steam.

I just find that order hard to believe with Witcher 2 and Witcher 1 ranking ahead of Witcher 3 in terms of sales. I would have thought Witcher 3 would be tops out of the series?

Perhaps it counts ACTIVE LICENSES and NOT GOG PURCHASES.
So effectively it would count all those active Witcher 1 licenses from all those many giveaways.
