When I researched this I came across a youtube video and read through some comments. One of the comment was from a guy who said that it did not unlock for him and that he had to ask support to unlock it for him .... that's the only guy in my list who has 100% achievements. So yes, I guess it is pretty safe that it really does not work.

Amazing Cultivation Simulator is missing achievements (403).

This thread is about games that have Galaxy achievements that don't unlock properly... broken. Amazing Cultivation Simulator doesn't have Galaxy achievements at all. It doesn't belong here.

The tag is missing on the game page, but the developers added the achievements some time ago!
I've reported this and many other games without tags to GOG, but they haven't done anything yet unfortunately.
True, but I added some time ago also the megalist of games without achievements, so if someone wants to report one not present in the list can do it here (unfortunately the title can't be changed). In this case as I said the game has the achievements though.

For me, literally zero Achievements work with the game "Mark of the Ninja: Remastered."

I've met the requirements that should have earned many of them, yet none of them ever became earned on my account.

I'm not sure whether or not others have the same problem as I do in that regard, though.

Hopefully someone else could test that out and see if Achievements are working for them with that game.

I see... I must have missed that update. So am I understanding this right? Amazing Cultivation Simulator has Galaxy achievements, it's just that they don't appear on the store page, but they appear once unlocked in Galaxy?

In another thread "Hustlefan" gave a hint how to get the informations for looking up achievements, while not owning the game:

1. search for the product id: https://www.gogdb.org/products?search=Amazing+Cultivation+Simulator

2. combine your user id with the product id:

You should be able to see the list of trophies, which should also be (if i assume correctly) implemented in galaxy (?).
Don´t know if this working/helping in every research scenario, but it´s a good first help.

"Up to the Task" was removed from Mad Max, so it's possible to get 100% of achievements. Apparently it stuck around for players who owned the game before the removal, which lead to 102% completion. If you don't own the game yet, you can check below:

Thanks for the report. It's strange because apparently, judging by the achievement unlock rates, there don't seem to be any problems. It could be due to a recent update that broke the achievements, or firewalls or other programs that interfere with Galaxy. Are you using Galaxy 2.0 or the old version? I don't have the game at the moment, but I'll keep an eye out for more reports.

No problem, it's an integration that happened over time, also because I'm moving almost everything to the spreasheet for ease of editing.

The achievements of Amazing Cultivation Simulator are visible normally on Galaxy. At the moment only the tag "achievements" is missing on the game page, which misleads any user, since GOG has made the odd choice not to show the list of all the achievements, but only the "popular" ones, which very often for some strange reason aren't visible on the game page.

Paraharaha explains very well the best technique to find out if a game has achievements on GOG, even without having purchased it.
Thanks for pointing this out, very interesting. I don't really like the idea of being able to reach a completion higher than 100%, also because then Galaxy's system doesn't count the game as 100% completed in its score summary. I hope GOG can fix this bug. Something like this had happened with Gwent when they removed some achievements, but then thankfully they fixed the bug.

Perhaps you'd like to update the first post of the thread? The online features were removed October 31st 2020. If they took out the Up to the Task achievement at the same time, anyone who bought the game in the past 10 months shouldn't have any issue at least.

Deus Ex GOTY / Revision
The list mentions that many achievements for Deus Ex Revision are missing icons. There's actually a slew a problems: Deus Ex GOTY / Revision achievements. Also, maybe things were different in the past, but now it's Deus Ex GOTY Edition that's missing most icons, while the icons are okay for Deus Ex Revision.

Yes, I wanted to remove the part about Mad Max, but I was curious about the 102% issue. I wonder if in fact the achievement is just invisible and you can still get it with that save trick. If anyone wants to test it out and isn't bothered by the possibility of having 102% let me know. If there is nothing new I will remove it or make some changes.

This is one of GOG's most messy cases, which I've been trying to solve for a long time, to no avail.

Surely it's all due to the mod nature of Deus Ex Revision. With Galaxy 1.0 there was only one set of achievements, which were obtained normally and showed the right percentages, but most were without icons. With the introduction of galaxy 2.0 a second set of achievements was created, which has all the correct icons, but doesn't show the percentages.

What I know for sure is:
- With Galaxy 1.0 you were unlocking the Deus Ex GOTY Edition achievements, whose only problem was the lack of icons.

- With Galaxy 2.0 you can unlock only the Deus Ex Revision achievements, which don't record correctly the percentages and are difficult to see because GOG has implemented badly the mods, creating these duplicates.

- GOG implemented the Deus Ex Revision achievements themselves, because they didn't want the original mods to tinker with the GOG Galaxy interface. This was confirmed to me directly by them.

So the only ones who can solve this problem are the GOG employees. Ideally, they should find a way to merge the two achievement lists, or delete one of them, although this will not make happy those who have completed one of the two lists. The current situation, however, is unacceptable and only creates confusion.

If you want to try contacting GOG support let me know what they say. Unfortunately it could take ages and a lot of patience to fix this mess, but I don't see any other way.

Speaking of missing icons, I have all achievements for Ys IX : Monstrum Nox but they all have the regular trophy placeholder instead of icons.

I've already contacted NISA about this. Unfortunately i didn't get an answer. :(

I don't have high hopes for a fix but I guess it could be worse. :(
At least all achievements are working.
