Thank you! :) I already did! :)
A re-release is not impossible nor is it unprecedented. Codemasters already has deals in place with all of the car manufacturers and it would be totally doable to get the rights to their older models again if they so desired. An HD remaster of Colin McRae Rally was released on Steam and mobile featuring cars from the original game.

XxXSprayvWarXxX: Or they just removed them like the Fallout games, just for removing them.
Dude, Fallout was removed because the party that originally published the games here, Interplay, lost the rights to them. If it weren't for Bethesda's change of heart (an entirely different party than the one that originally published Fallout here and an event that nobody could have foreseen) we wouldn't have any Fallout games on GOG now.

Colin McRae Rally 2005 and TOCA Race Driver 3 were pulled from GOG before I joined. I'd very much like to see them return along with ObsCure and Republic: The Revolution.

That sounds promising thank you. With Bethesda joining GOG I feel like anything is possible. Already voted for them.

Nope, not really :(
Wasn't Codemasters gobbled up by EA recently?
This and the fact that for a re-re-release the corresponding licenses would have to be renewed makes it very unlikely for any of the Codemasters-published car racing franchises to be listed again anytime soon.
