RWarehall: When they were first released, it was 50% off or 75% off if you bought all 3 which is matched now.
I somehow missed that bundle discount. Thanks for the info!

Do not make the same mistake again - the games are definitely worth buying for the price!
Please fix the frontpage, half of the sale is blank and the rest can't be clicked on, even better the search function is broken so i can't switch page either.

GOG this takes too long time to be fixed.

Have you also tried the other two games with Wine?

Are these games really as hard as some of the reviews of the first game state?
Someone mentioned there are only 180 games on sale a day or two ago. Can we expect the rest to make it 200+ go on sale Friday?

I don't think so, because it says "200+ wondrous deals" not "200+ games". So, soundtracks, DLC and artbooks count too.

Just noticed that World in Conflict was pulled from Steam (and other stores?) some time ago; well, better be safe than sorry, so i'm buying me a copy. I guess you should do the same if you're even slightly interested in it.

I'll second what ciemnogrodzianin said: the games are worth it and are a nice alternative to Call of Duty series (which offer more frantic gameplay whereas BIA offers a more tactical gameplay and they actually focus on the people who fought the battles rather than just "the mission"; the characters, are more fleshed out than what you'd expect in a FPS).

As for the difficulty, i found it to be just right (at normal) with the exception of certain difficulty spikes here or there, where i had to reload many times. The game has that autohealing system like CoD, but you can die pretty easily if you try to play hero; it pays to be vigilant and patient. If there was a quicksave function, it would have been much easier to progress in certain missions. Earned in Blood (the second game) was the most difficult one, while Highway in Hell (the third game) was the easiest of the bunch. Overall, i had lots of fun playing all of them.

Alexim: I was wondering if there is still the user who shared the links to the different versions of the background of the sales, or if alternatively there is someone who knows how to find them.
I heard your call - have fun :)

Sebatrox is right. Nothing was added to the sale and 200+ should be understood as above, I suppose. There seems to be even a few titles less at the moment. The only new discount are launch sales for a few signle titles.

I've finished the first one so far. It's probably harder than most of today's shooters, but there is still easy mode available and if you understand that you should use tactics instead of just running forward, the game is perfectly fine in terms of difficulty even for casual gamers (I'm one of them). I'm not sure if I'll be able to install second part this weekend, but I'll try and let you know how it works under Wine.

Is Arhn an e-celeb GOG teamed up with or something?
