Crewdroog: I love sweet potatoes (i like yams better though). Four though? You are going to be on the toilet for a long while, especially if you ate the skins too. That's a TON of fiber!

If you really wanted to try some, you could try this guy's tactic. Or just go to pretty much any grocery store deli and buy some. I guess that could work, too. =)
OMG i can't believe i got tricked by a necro'd thread. LOL

If i eat regular eggs I get really, really sick. I don't want it to get to the point that eating things containing eggs is a no-no (pasta, bread, etc), so i've chosen to avoid. However, I miss eggs Benedict like you can't even imagine. A good omelet too, but mostly the amazing that is eggs Benedict. SIGH.

toast, protein of choice (ham, salmon), veggie of choice (asparagus, tomato, spinach, etc) soft boiled egg and holandaise sauce. it's stupid good

My favorite was: english muffin, crab cake, spinach or tomato, egg (and all the liquid gooey of then inside, best part) then sauce. omg. dammit now i'm hungry.
