If a large number of GOG's customers complain, then GOG will have to do something. Because GOG is a business and they want to make as much money as possible. And in order to do that, you have to keep most of your customers, happy.

Why? i think it would be no problem for GOG to get rid of the whole rep system and hire one person to be a moderator. They could still work on Galaxy while doing those two things.
