As I have no idea which surnames have been guessed (I stopped paying attention after the first dozen) I'll make some random educated guesses.

First, I don't think it's the same milkman who was called Oscar (don't know if anyone got this and connecting the two is just a joke....)

So I'm going to be a little judgemental (and probably racist) and assume that a milkman is more likely to be of an ethnic minority than American. It seems the kind of job that (over here anyway) many natives wouldn't want to do...
