SSF4 is being ported to Steamworks - you can redeem your GFWL key there as of a few days ago. This is so you can upgrade to Ultra SF4 in August (SSF4 owners get half off the upgrade.)

As for SF vs Tekken? Yeah, avoid that, Capcom abandoned the game a long time ago and we probably won't get fixes for it.
