Do you need a "fake" address / proxy to buy there from outside the US? Never used them, but notice "Downloads to U.S. addresses only" listed for seemingly every game.

Are you sure that the Humble Store sells Crusader Kings Collection for $15? It shows €15 for me. And it's exactly the same as it contains Crusader Kings Complete, Crusader Kings II, Crusader Kings II DLC Collection and the ebook.
