As for Digital River, the limits are standard with them,. Chances are that publishers normally would host the games on DR's servers and that's why there's a limit. If so then EA and Telltale may host the games themselves. But that's just a guess.
Only in Terms and Conditions they claim they warrant nothing concerning use, validity , reliability or accuracy of materials on their site.
Also from their T&C: "You agree to indemnify, defend and hold STRATEGY FIRST and its respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors (collectively, the "STRATEGY FIRST Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by any STRATEGY FIRST Party in connection with any use or alleged use of the chat rooms, bulletin boards, or other user forums by you. STRATEGY FIRST reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with STRATEGY FIRST's defence of such claim."
Does it really mean I agree to defend them all over internet when needed? Wooohooo It's almost like GOG hero stuff. :-)
Anyways I don't want to clutter this thread with this so I'll stop now. But I assure you I won't buy anything there unless they changed a lot of things.

Mysteries of Westgate was always a premium module not included in any pack that I am aware of. Certainly there is no Neverwinter Nights 2 Diamond edition. Platinum is the best you can buy which includes the original game along with Mask of the Betrayer and Storm of Zehir. You can buy MoW if you really want it, i'm happy to ignore its existance.

Shogun 2: Total War on sale at Shopto.net for £21.85 in the UK. Free first class postage and usually posted within 5 minutes.
Don't know how long it'll be on sale for. Granted, it's not a mega saving, but it's still a saving on the game, especially considering it was only released a week or two back.

Does Play.com allow no exceptions for intl shipping for countries not listed in their Export countries list? They have such great deals, which makes me all the more jiffed that they don't ship here.
