mrkgnao is a respected GOG community member here, his word should be enough.

It's not because I don't trust anyone in here. It's just so that I have screenshots to send to GOG support when I'll write the report. I did the same when I sent the previous report.

On the Skyrim discussion a user claimed that, when they reported that the game was affected by a memory leak, GOG support requested them to upload a video record.

I understand. That (and many other reasons) is why I no longer contact GOG support.

I encountered the "same issue"as mrkgnao.: what he said ; is exactly what i saw too. store page / library (except for the subtitle
For the subtitle it seems perfectly normal to me

IF you are talking about the one i reported there : you MUST trust me, or i won't post anymore in this thread. I'm working only with text too.

You don't need to send pictures to the support, a link to the said page with the descriptions of missing languages is far from enough: I know what i'm talking about. As i said i have a contact there & he rarely asking screenshot (except when he doesn't understand well what i report - English isn't my native language : so sometimes its far from perfect). And if the support requests a screenshot in this case they really don't need to have one >.> . Just for the record : i managed to have some games page fixed regarding missing localization without the need of screenshot.

For Skyrim : A video record of a memory leak o_O : it could occurs randomly : the support lost their mind ....to my knowledge i never encountered a memory leak at a fixed point in a game. (or i didn't understood well what you mention ?)

I already said that I didn't ask because I don't trust you. I asked so that I could send proof to GOG assistance. Which is why I asked for screenshots only for the specific situation of "the game has languages that aren't indicated on the store", and I'm not asking for screenshots for every single issue you report here.

If you're sure that it won't be necessary to send screenshots to GOG assistance then that's good to know, I won't be too strict on that.

It's been reported here. Apparently it happens after a hour or two of gameplay. I haven't played Skyrim enough to confirm it myself, but considering how many users are bringing this up, then there must be something wrong.

SPELLFORCE PLATINUM - GOG
https://www.gog.com/en/game/spellforce_platinum

Can confirm that in Offline Installers, languages are the same as in GOG game page:

• English

See attached [spel_pla_off_inst.png]

---

There's no language selection in-game, but seems that languages are there (but I don't know how complete they are):

https://www.gog.com/forum/spellforce_series/sf_platinum_change_the_language_de_fr_sp_it
Open the sf10.pak (file in the pak folder) with a hex editor (like CR-Hexact), search "client" (offset 347139439) and you'll find : ClientLanguage = 1

Replace 1 by 0 for german, 2 for french, 3 for spanish or 4 for italian and the texts will be in your language.
I tried only to launch the game with all the missing languages (German, French, Spanish and Italian).
Spanish and Italian seems not complete (at least "Phoenix Campaign" is not translated in game menu, I suppose it's a part not translated in those languages).

---

Without file editing:
- Missing French and German (compared to Steam game page languages).
- Missing Spanish and Italian both in GOG and Steam.

Nothing is missing compared to Steam game page languages.
About the missing Russian language as stated in the list file, it's not mentioned on Steam, but I found it in ZOOM game page.
