Swedrami: But again - hopefully GoG is just saving it (along with something like Phantasie, for example) for a future (end-of-the-year?) classics bundle release, like they did in December 2019. Or that second round of dungeon crawlers, old and new, alongside Dungeon Master, Aeon of Sands - The Trail, Das Geisterschiff, Der Geisterturm, Ruzar- The Life Stone, The Fall of the Dungeon Guardians, etc.

Jan.Teubel: GOG rejected "Aeon of Sands - The Trail": https://steamcommunity.com/app/907820/discussions/0/2791563692141866558/

If you want the game, buy it on Steam and DO NOT WAIT until GOG rejects their own rejections of the past. Aeon does not need the Steam client to run, that's why it's DRM free for me.
With the recent un-rejections of formerly rejected titles like Grimoire, The Quest or Legends of Amberland I'll take my chances and WAIT for it to eventually show up here, but thanks for your concern.

WinterSnowfall: ... or you could add your vote to the wishlist entry. GOG's curation process is weird as hell sometimes, I'll give you that. I will totally buy this game if we ever get it here and I think it would appeal to a lot of old-school RPG enthusiasts.
This one entry of wishlist (with mistake in title) has almost twice as many votes.

New company entities in the catalog:

"MicroProse Software, Inc."
Either one of the announced releases or something else (Civ II?)

"Zombie Studios": Mobygames also points to combat games for this one.
I'm guessing a new batch of Ziggurat / Retroism older releases. Zombie Studios may be Shadow Ops: Red Mercury, Microprose may be for F-19 Stealth Fighter, Hyperspeed, Task Force 1942, or Across the Rhine.
Too many games from MicroProse i see, i hope for Stunt Car Racer

Does anybody know something about summer sale? I've expected it to start today but looks like GOG have the other plans.

Cool. I need to play Crime and Punishments to see if I like these.

Wouldn't the often-used "Origins" be a better moniker? When I read Ch.1 I'm thinking it to be just one part of an episodic game, which it isn't.

Could also imply that despite its delisting a while back the DRM-free release of The Sinking City is still on track and is going to pop back up again around June 27th when the exclusivity runs out.

Not to get anyone's hopes up, but that's Axiom Verge 2 at the 10 seconds mark:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LN3pq8Nvy8s

With GoG being the official partner for this Indie Showcase one would think that all of those "over 70" featured titles would be automatically and officially confirmed for a GoG release then, no?

I'd like to think so but best to not get hopes up, like you said. Be nice to see Axiom Verge 1 and 2 here tho

New company in the catalog: Phobia Game Studio, should be for Carrion:
Carrion is a reverse horror game in which you assume the role of an amorphous creature of unknown origin.

Stalk and consume those that imprisoned you to spread fear and panic throughout the facility. Grow and evolve as you tear down this prison and acquire more and more devastating abilities on the path to retribution.

We might be close to seeing the return of Re-Volt.

I don't know when it happened, but right now it is at the bottom of my wishlist, right where it was all those years ago
