Whatever it was that made GOG decline AoD: The Trail back then - surely something about curation has been changed in the meantime. Otherwise we wouldn't have got Grimoire which isn't that much different, at least in terms of the old-school approach to the overall design of the game. And if Grimoire got a second or third chance then AoD: The Trail deserves the same treatment.

It just received a new content update a few days ago and back in April or May a free demo was released. Maybe GOG could release the demo here too, to test the waters, so to speak.

Bad news, dungeon crawlers: GOG rejected Aeon of Sands. The developers confirmed the rejection: steamcommunity.com/app/907820/discussions/0/2791563692141866558/

GOG rejected six games in my blobber list.
