Hi there,
I was trying to use your fix to solve the issue with Desperados 3, but just can´t get it to work. I did everything as described all the way up until the last point. When I import the D3 folder back, Galaxy registers it among installed games, but the Play button cannot be clicked on and Galaxy gives me a "Game not found" notification. Exiting Galaxy completely and restarting it solves this, but the first thing Galaxy then does is downloading an "update" replacing the fix file with the original one again (I tried disabling updates for the game, but it happens regardless).
Any ideas on how to solve this? Not having the achievment pop-ups is a bit underwhelming.
Thank you.
Note: I´m on Win 10, Galaxy is updated to the current version, and D3 is installed on a different drive than Galaxy itself (Galaxy is on C, the game is on D) if that makes a difference.

Thank you.
Some people (including me) have already reported this to GOG support.
The only solution for now is to use an older Galaxy version up to 2.0.46 where that bug isn't present.

Thanks for the reply and sorry for a belated one on my end.
Using an older Galaxy version seems like a bit of an unnecessary hassle for one game, so I just sucked it up. I´ll enjoy the achievment pop-ups when/if I play the game on Steam (assuming the bug doesn´t get fixed by then) :-)

edit: could not find a option to delete the comment. I just asked for a refund of the game so I won't need the fix anymore, but I would still apreciate if you could explain how you do it.

I won't do a detailed guide. Just compare the original info file with the fixed one and you'll see the pattern.
It's mostly that the wrong executable is set to "game". For UE4/5 games the actual executable is located in a subfolder\Binaries\Win64. This executable must be added to the info file with the correct path and set as "category": "game" and "isHidden": true, while the one that was already present should be set to "category": "launcher".
In case of Desperados III and Neighbours Back From Hell it was enough to change the category of the present executable from "launcher" to "game".

Hey o/
Is there a way to enable the GOG overlay for the new 'Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft'? That would be really great. Thanks for your work!
Greetings,

Although 'Overlay' is listed under the game features, unfortunately, it doesn't work.
