Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

I respectfully disagree. I put it both places because some only look in one place. What I would agree on is merging the two topics, but that has not happened, and I respect that fact.

Edit: Goodness people. Can we just stop derailing the thread? I feel like that's much worse than posting in two places.

Hello guys and girls.

This time we got 3 dlc to keep.
I didn't see this one coming therefore I'm late and you will have to excuse me for that.

So all the deals already started. Those all are dlc so you obviously need to own the base game to be able to obtain those. Also those expiration times are bizarre and amusing - I kind of don't know what to think about this - expiration dates like this kind of make me laugh.


1.Tennis World Tour - DLC 11 - Garcia (Tennis World Tour - Caroline Garcia)

Giveaway STARTED 23 April 2020 – 16:00:00 UTC
Expires 1 December 2020 – 10:00:00 UTC (yes you read that right, in case it changes I'm going to edit this info)

NOTE: this dlc has no store price set for Brazilian Real atm for one of packages visible in the store, it MIGHT not be possible to get it from account using that currency.

There is also some confusion on the store page so let me make this clear:
On store page there is 0 PICK-YOUR-CURRENCY (except Brazilian Real which has no price set) price for package type available from the store. And it is claimed to expire on 26 April 9 PM GMT+2.
And then there is ALSO another currently AVAILABLE package with type no cost (type used in almost all giveaways) which expires in December (and that's 100% certain info as I digged this from valve system).
This MIGHT be that somebody in charge of this game messed up. If they correct the no cost package I will update the info. But if they don't and it's still going to be available after 26 April 9 PM then it will be possible to get it (perhaps only with console commands if they remove this particular package's availability from store page) for free until December or corrected date (should they choose to correct it).
This is a majestic mess up and it's confusing even for me (while I'm pretty well versed with this system).

I will monitor situation every once in a while and correct info in case it changes.

Speak for yourself. It's not like both threads vote the same way.
People do post in both because SOME PEOPLE ONLY CHECK ONE AND NOT THE OTHER (specificly some people are STILL only checking THIS one and for some reason don't just move to the other).
But I do agree that one would be better :P

Perhaps THIS one could be on lock down and be set only for discussing things related to giveaway (what people think about one plus any potential troubleshooting) and NOT posting actual giveaways (and the other thread could be on opposite lock down for only posting giveaway and not discussing it). This one could also then be a staging area for all those "I dunno if this belongs here" as well as "I don't know if this works" to not needlessly post gibberish spaghetti "test posts" in the other more cleaner thread.
Just a suggestion ;)

Everybody still seems to be showing the full price even though searching the store shows it as free. So if this happens to anybody, just wait until Valve fixes it. Clearing cookies and exiting/relaunching Steam does not work, sadly. It appears to be on Valve's end.
