I figured it might be Vitek based on your posts today. Well, I was probably going to vote him soon anyway based on my own interactions, but I'll hold off for now. Without going into details, do you have a reasonable reason to suspect that Vitek was up to no good last night?

That's exactly why I asked. That he was doing something is not reason enough to suspect him by itself... you'd need a reason to think he was specifically up to something nefarious.

Still, I think me placing my vote and pulling yours (while leaving it symbolically) is more effective pressure than me just saying "I'd vote for you if it didn't put you at L-1".

Since you've already mentioned it there's no need to hold back, a redirector struck me as a possibility too. Now would certainly be the time for someone to let us know if that's what happened. I don't think Trent would have put a team of 3 mafia into a game with only 10 players, 30% is overpowered no matter what roles the town (with the exception of some weird roles, which might be the case).

Can anyone account for the contradiction between nmillar and Vitek's accounts of last night?

It struck me as an explanation of why Pooka was killed some time after I made my post. But didn't want to bring it up so as not to give Mafia ideas.
(And right after I've written this post it occured to me that that was stupid of me, because if they shot X and Pooka died instead, redirecting would be the first thing they'd consider).

And I'm practically sure trent wouldn't make 7 vs 3. 7 vs 2 vs 1; yes. But 3-team Mafia is more bastard than a hidden Lover team. MYLO on D2 is a huge nono.

That's my thinking too. M2 + SK + T7 is much more balanced and likely than M3 + T7. As you say, it just makes the game ridiculously short because of the numbers and there's very little the town could have to balance it out. I can think of one or two things but there's no point in going into details now.

It really does feel like a reach for Vitek to bring it up, particularly to put it as more likely than a redirector (which isn't a particularly crazy idea in a role madness game).

Because other than redirection there is not much expalantion for me why would nmillar claim this.
And this came first on my mind.
