Bloom: Memories

This is the second KS campaign for a project that had a KS campaign about 6 years ago. The developer had quite a few setbacks but continued to work on the game which is now apparently very near completion.

What really drew me to this one initially was the character art which is very beautiful.

BeatriceElysia: Solasta CotM is fully funded-
Glad this made it! Loved what I saw of the demo.
Indie Space 4X Dominus Galaxia is on Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/starchartinteractive/dominus-galaxia).

Inspired by Master of Orion (more so than its sequel), it looks like the dev is aiming to minimize clutter on the strategic level, while keeping some crunchiness on the tactical combat layer. There shouldn't be any late game "I just colonized / conquered a world and have a huge laundry list of buildings to construct" issues, which would be a relief.

It is turn-based, and looks like there will be a ton of customizability (star lanes vs no star lanes, for example).

There's a free build available to test it out, I gave it a quick whirl and it looks promising. Gives me a sort of Stars in Shadow vibe, but with different art style and simplified planetary interface. Played some tactical combat and really liked what I saw.

Game will release with a DRM-free build, no promises on GOG yet though. Maybe if enough of us show interest we can get it on here!

triock: 3 Minutes to Midnight - A Comedy Graphic Adventure

A classic point-and-click comedy adventure like you haven't seen in 20 years
This one looks interesting, like old-school fun. And they are promising a DRM-free release:

We will have a DRM-free version of the game for sure. What we don't know at this point is on what platform. (GOG, Itch.io, Humble or direct download).

We do know how important it is to have a DRM-free version. Back any tier you like, and the survey after the campaign is over will ask you which version you prefer.

Stellaris meets Civilization? Perhaps it's time for me to finally try Master of Orion.

Dominus Galaxia is in the last stretch, with some more support needed to reach the goal in 44 hours!

Give it a look if you like strategy and/or space games - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/starchartinteractive/dominus-galaxia/description

Try out the free Beta that's in unreasonably good shape, check out the dev's design philosophy, and maybe throw a small dev a bone to help them realize their passion project.
Everspace 2 is on the last few days of its Kickstarter campaign (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/rockfishgames/everspace-2/description).

It will be on GOG on release, and looks like they're going for an open-world approach rather than the rogue-like approach of the first game. It looks super ambitious.
Sorcery Tempest is a Japanese SRPG with a current Kickstarter campaign. A choice of Steam and a DRM-free download (on itch.io) is offered.

Guinea Pig Parkour - A hand-drawn 2D platformer adventure:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/JoeGP/guinea-pig-parkour-a-hand-drawn-2d-platformer-adventure

The creator Jeff Mumm would like to release the game also on GOG.
Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous February the 4.
Did we already have this here:

Rubi the wayward Mira

It's a nice metroidvania. And you can get a demo here.

7 days to go in the kickstarter.

Btw. it has good music too - and most importantly, FINALLY a correct portrayal of all those elementary particles. I always suspected that those muons are up to no good! ;-)
Been a long time since I've backed anything but I'm really fond of these guys last project which was Star Traders: Frontiers which they kept updating regularly.

Kickstarter: Cyber Knights: a cyberpunk RPG

Cyber Knights is a tactical RPG that plunges you and your team of hackers, mercs and thieves into the neon-soaked future of 2231. Tactical combat with strategic squad and base building

Also PS: There's a new Pathfinder Kingmaker kickstarter coming tomorrow if I'm not mistaken.

They seem to have released a bunch of good-looking games. A pity they only release their stuff on Steam, so I'll have to pass...

Aye, I figured that'd probably be an issue for some but thought it worth mentioning anyway. It's not for lack of trying if I'm not mistaken.
All of our previous attempts at submitting games to GoG have failed, rejected by the store.

We will continue to explore other distribution options in the future.
