I get it now. There are no good or bad guys, somewhat rebels might be counted as bad guys. If you work for government you want to f@ck the commoners, and if not - the system. Like in real life. Since there are 2 positions + 1 imam, how many places available in government I wonder.

I've figured out how the game goes. If you pick 2 players and survive that mean you have either loyalists in government or protestants

If the protestant is an Imam he will nominate players not in government and the game is pretty much over if I understand it correctly

If the Imam is not in government he's going to pick all government members and they'll get executed via a coup.

So you have the hardest win condition because you have to make sure you don't pick a rebel every round

I guess it should be more like "take me with you if you want to live"

I'm a plain jane Minor Nobility. Put me in the government and I become a Loyalist. The two town power roles (which is how I'm thinking of them) stay hidden, we have to find one more Minor Nobility to add, you live, we start Day 2 in a good position.

That's basically how I'm thinking this is supposed to play out from a "Town" perspective

There are no "protestants" in government. There are also no starting Loyalists (except Lift).

You can only become a loyalist if you get selected by Lift.
