Zrevnur: Can you back this up properly?
I already linked to this class action https://www.gog.com/forum/general/cdpr_faces_4_lawsuits_from_investors It is based on lawsuit/s in the US based on US rules. Far as I know there is no involvement of a Polish court.
I dont see this being consistent with your "No class-action lawsuit in the US will have any meaning to a non-US business entity." statement. Unless you want to imply for example that the ones behind those lawsuits, the court and CDP/R are clueless and dont know what they are doing.

lexluthermiester: How are you not understanding this? The US branch entity of the Poland headquartered CDPR can(and very likely will) simply be denied access to company funds. As such the results of that class-action are pointless as the plaintiffs, should they be victorious, will still have to go to Poland to seek relief, which will not be easy and is very unlikely to succeed. It's all bark and zero bite.
So the ones suing them and the law firms(*) and the court and CDP (for vigorously defending themselves against this) are all clueless and you know better somehow?
And you also think they could get away with breaching US (SEC) regulation, losing the lawsuit and not paying up. All while using US credit card companies and selling most of their PC games per US company Steam.

Do you have any evidence supporting your claims? All I have seen from you on this is "I say so therefore it is so".

(*) Assuming they use the (dont know if this is usual in US but I have seen it in the EU) scheme in which the law firm gets a share of the payout so they only get paid if they win. If they get paid properly upfront or also in case of a loss the law firms need to be removed from that list.

Not arguing this any further. Believe whatever you want. I don't really care.
