KneeTheCap: I would assume that if they approached GOG in order to get the game sold in here, GOG would deny the inquiry with the "not good enough" response.

GOG's loss, then. Mangagamer got my money.

And the game is pretty good. The puzzle mechanics are well done with a small twist.

omega64: What about the writing?
Lots of fucks. It's quite normal with these types of games, really.

This isn't a Visual Novel.

I thought it was a VN with puzzles.
If not what is it?
Dating Sim, I guess?

A pox on this curated store approach! I could support the DRM-free revolution AND piss off the SJW fraudster crowd at the same time - two good deeds for the price of one!

It's a Dating Puzzle RPG, according to its kickstarter.

It's a match 3 or more puzzle game with adult themes, there's not that much story.

The more videos I watch on this game, the more amazing it sounds. HuniePop is like Ride to Hell Retribution levels of stupid and offensive, but playable because its physically impossible to mess up a simple puzzle game.

Unless you’re Ubisoft with Tetris.

There's always EA with football................
For different flavors, I've just seen that itch.io has opened a small "erotic" category:
http://itch.io/tag/erotic

I guess the male spanking game will please some people who are not the target of HuniePop.....
Hey kitty kitty kitty... look at this game kitty...

fronzelneekburm: Click here for best writing in vidya 2015!

This game not being on GOG hurts my whore feelings. :`(

edit: Link to le wishlist.
Now THAT was truly "eerily realistic". It's like people I've heard in reality! Granted - not the most sophisticated or eloquent of individuals, sometimes also overcome with passion...
The relentless vulgarity really "grounds" this for me. You take lofty heroic fantasy too far, and I'll much sooner stop buying it than a work filled with crude, visceral emotions.
It's also a genre I'm not too familiar with, so I might buy the damn thing just to broaden my horizons.

EDIT: Crap, I've just glanced at the YouTube comments and "realistic" seems to be an extremely common sentiment. Now I don't feel as insightful :\.

Also, I just spotted this one

Any veteran of MAME will tell you that Japan has a long history of these kinds of 'erotic' MahJong games, yes even in arcade where patrons can play them in public and other people can SEE them playing them!
What is it that makes the Japanese associate tile based, 'Bridge'-like tabletop games with cheesecake anime anyway?
