@Crow, once again a big thank you for your efforts, you really deserve the many +1's for all the work you are doing.
I have not been able to find anywhere that GOG explained / apologised for that Wadjet bundle error. Despite being notified at least a day and a half before it ended, they only fixed the price of Gemini Rue just before the bundle offer ended, and that seems to have been that, for them. Since then prices have not been discounted, not even of GR itself.
Or did they apologise on bended knee and promise refunds and repeats of the bundle etc etc, and I just missed their posts? If not, their silence is most unprofessional and very strange indeed. You don't fix something like this by pretending it didn't happen..

Anyone else ever get the feeling that some mysterious virus has wiped out much of Central Europe and the bundles are on auto update and CarrionCrow will be the only person left, twenty years from now, still seeking refuge in the shelter, dutifully updating the "new" offerings? <laughing>

Sorting games by 'price - discounted' brings up the usual 3 pages, but many of the games listed are not discounted at all. It's not that they are discounted but the discount is not showing up in the list, they really aren't on sale.
Bastion is one example, but there are quite a few others. I tried sorting by Title and by Bestselling, same problem. Refreshed, same thing.
Is it just me?..
Not that it matters much, it's the same old same old. Not even any Wadjet games to make up for their error.
CarrionCrow: Things like that happen. An Insomnia sale had an item taken out completely in later rounds after an error caused it to be sold at a far lower discount than it was supposed to be. Its removal was to balance things out, make up for the mistake. Figuring GOG's doing so in regards to that bundle.
At the same time, I highly doubt there will be any public statement. With the technical problems they're working on and the number of people who are angry about one thing or another, any thread they posted would probably turn toxic in a hurry. True, but it should have been fixed when they were first notified, weekend or not. Or just pull the bundle the moment you know there's a problem, and fix it when you can.
I can understand no thread, but it would have been nice if they had at least posted a statement about the error and what they are doing to rectify it. Hard on those who bought it, although I assume they will be refunded, but also on those who missed it.
Perhaps @budejovice is right, there is nobody home.... just the automated sale humming away... ;-)

It's showing items that have been on sale but aren't currently, so all those appear with no discount attached.
If you're holding out for Wadjet Eye, I'd suggest saving your money for the last couple days. In all probability that will be the last chance scenario where they present everything in the sale, including that bundle.

It's showing items that have been on sale but aren't currently, so all those appear with no discount attached.
If you're holding out for Wadjet Eye, I'd suggest saving your money for the last couple days. In all probability that will be the last chance scenario where they present everything in the sale, including that bundle.
What it feels like to me is that GOG has personnel placed like it's a brick and mortar, 5 days a week store most of the time. But that won't work, because this is 24/7, 365 days a year, the store never shuts down, customers are always present and problems can crop up at any time.
As such, personnel always needs to be present.
I agree about the site personnel, it's amazing that so many websites are stuck in the 9-5, 5 days a week routine, while their customers are swarming around on weekends, irritated and frustrated at the lack of response to problems and queries.
Some kind of staff rota system would surely not be so hard to implement, even a skeleton staff would help.
