Thx for the tracker, Crow!

ZenWan: Do the discounts expire each day when the new ones appear, or do they remain for the full sale period of 18 days, iirc?

I can't see anything in GOG's spiel about the discounts expiring, but it could, of course, be staring me in the face and I missed it...
avatar
CarrionCrow: The bundle deals change once a day, the single game deals change every 12 hours.
Figuring repeats will show up eventually, and bundles always get an encore day so everyone has a final chance to grab them, but for the moment, if something's gone there's no way of knowing when it will return.

Geralt_of_Rivia: The discounts expire. See the timer above the deals. The bundles expire every 24h, the other deals expire every 12h. When they expire they will be replaced with new bundles/deals.

Usually the bundles will repeat at least once but there is no guarantee for that. The same is true for the offers. So if you want to get something that is on offer now you still have about 7:30 hours.
Thank you both. I was looking at the sale page here
https://www.gog.com/news/the_2015_drmfree_summer_sale_starts_today
and didn't see anything about discounts expiring, only about new ones being added.

But I guess that you are correct, that they expire when the new ones come up, or they could end up with just about everything on the site being on sale at the same time.

+1 :-)

adaliabooks: Wait, the Summer Sale started three hours ago and I didn't even notice?

I'm clearly not paying enough attention.

Here's hoping for huge discounts on D:OS, as always! :)

Not sure anything catches my eye yet (certainly not anything I can play, Lichdom looks nice for that price but I really doubt my laptop would handle it, and I'd hate for it to sit there taunting me when I couldn't actually play it)

Anyone like to assist my laziness and tell me how many rounds we've got? (if it's been mentioned that is)
If it will last 18 days and the sales will be changing every 12 hours, that makes us 36 rounds, unless GOG decides to shake things up.
Thanks for another good tracker thread. ;)
Has there ever been a game at 95% off like 1954 Alcatraz is right now?

Yup Deponia not too long ago.
Alan Wake was 95% off at one stage I think? That is just from memory. There has also been the Temporary freebies, so those are 100% discount of course.

MaGog says just Deponia, at least...

A quick search says Alan Wake was 90% in the 2013 Summer Sale, but bundled.

So... Spacechem, worth if for £0.69?

I can't really see it not being worth it at that price, particularly with the good reviews.. but I don't know if I want it or if I'm just thinking of buying it because it's cheap...
Just thought I'd add this here.

Megapieman revealed on his stream this morning that The Masterplan would not only be released here tomorrow on GOG, but would also be on promo as part of the Summer Sale on Monday. Now, that seems a bit strange that they would release the game on Thursday then put it on sale just a few days later. Hopefully, it's just a misunderstanding and the game will simply premiere with a sale that will still be active on Monday.

Yes, it is. It can get frustratingly fiddly in later levels, unless the game's dynamic really appeals to you. But you'll certainly have gotten play for value by then.

I don't know how do you fare on puzzle games however I highly recommend it.
Spacechem has very easy to understand tools and concepts and yet the game is very challenging.

If my counting's right, there are 52 single game entries at the moment. There will be repeats, given that the single game deals will be switched dozens of times.
You'll also have another chance at the Lucasarts bundle before the end of the sale.
