Better than PoE
Great story that makes you make decisions that actually matter. I like this way more than PoE.

Good but very short
I enjoyed the game but felt for the price it was far, far too short. The 'replayability' touted as so central to the game design is mostly just a way of saying the game has some narrative responsiveness to your choices. You'll get some replay value out of different decisions, but not enough to justify just how short this game is for an rpg - think 15 hours or so if you read at a fairly average pace. It doesn't help that the ending is abrupt and a direct cliffhanger to a sequel. I personally would recommend waiting for a sale/package with possible future dlc to pick it up, as at full price it is definitely not worth it.

Who honestly likes this type of combat?
Maybe I'm too oldschool but who actually finds this stat/combat system fun? Are reviews by normal people just complete deleted from the site. I get that some poeple like this, and that is cool. I am not telling people what to like. I am just writing this review for what I think are normal people. In my opinion most people wont like this, AT ALL. It's just crazy weird and complicated. I see a lot of games going this route. It's like button mashing without mashing buttons. Who has that much time and energy to deveote to a mass of automated stat-crunching automations? I prefer the combat in something like the original goldboxes to this. Seriously. Even with all the clunk and silliness that had. I can't recommend this game to anyone because of how combat works. It's just not fun or interesting in anyway. It's not strategic, it's not challenging, it's not easy either. It's basically a little bit of studying to figure out the number crunch then spamming the right abilities. That's it.

Being bad never felt so good
In this game you play the police of an evil ruler (instead of cops think S.S) you decisions will shape the game around you heavely, I know this is used alot in games like this but serously withen 10 mintues of starting I was already responsible for the conquest and slaughter of entire reasons...and people loved me for it. If you are looking for a party based rpg thats dripping in lore and story then this is the game for you, serously buy it
