Tower of Time is a rather enjoyable cRPG featuring an extremely engaging real-time battle system and some unusual mechanics, like its leveling system. While the story may not break away from some of the genre clichès, Tower of Time keeps players entertained with its charming characters, unique setting and well-crafted mechanics.

Completely surprised by this Gem!
I had never heard of this game before, but I saw it for 90% off so I was interested. When I saw that it was a tactical RPG, I was very interested. And I haven't stopped playing since! This is a VERY different take on the CRPGs that I've played in the past (all the games in the Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale series, Pathfinder Kingmaker, etc). I absolutely love it...combat, exploration, character advancement, loot system...it's so much fun! Definitely worth your time, especially if you find it on sale.

Enjoyable!
I received this free from GoG in a giveaway a few years ago (probably more than a few years now...) The combat and exploration is fun. Do not expect a massive world to explore, you are exploring a tower but they certainly keep you interested with the story and different areas! I'm playing Dark Envoy at the moment (the developers next release) but I think Tower of Time is much more fun. This is a game that knows what it wants to do and it does it very well.

Very good graphics and gameplay. But after some time, it gets massive and boring...for me, anyway. Not really my type of RPG.
