Very nice, atmospheric, calming puzzle game which wasn't too obvious or too hard to solve so that it truly felt like a good time spent resting and enjoying
The story is just an excuse to solve many not too difficult puzzles, but the vibe of 60's somewhat absurd spy flick with dastardly villain who has secret lair and her own minisub makes up for lacking scenario. The art style is quite enjoyable too. My only grievance is backtracking in the last chapter, where you'll be repeatedly going back to a particular poster and forth to wherever you need to be to earn next security credentials. And the puzzles could be a bit more demanding (though I give them credit for some codes that are random and differ from one playthrough to another).
Those who want to support indie developers, be immersed in a spy adventure, like adventure games, and also like puzzle games should check this out. Without spoilers, you are given an assignment with heavy stakes and encounter numerous puzzles and plot twists along the way. Use your wit to complete your mission and save the day.
It is Point-And-Click gameplay entirely, utilizing both left and right click. Given the ease of controls, if you are also looking for a first game to try this would be one good to look at. Highly recommend!
The game is very nice, a good casual point&click game with fair puzzles and a nice light-hearted plot.
There are two problems though with the mechanics:
- it's not well optimized - even fairly good hardware runs hot ;
- the user interface is annoying, - it is a common issue that one can't go back for "several clicks".
I bought this because it had Spanish available, and I wanted to practice. Honestly, it wasn't great for that, because there is VERY little language used in the game. That said, I enjoyed the play-through; it's not too long, and the puzzles aren't TOOOO puzzling. Really diverting if you want to play something entertaining, but don't want to commit weeks of your life. Plus, the baddie had a great cackle. Now I wonder whether there will be a sequel!
