This game is getting has been getting its content cut for a long time, and now due to to console release and cross-play they have censored parts of the game. The original artistic intent and atmosphere should be preserved and not changed; with GOG's feature of version selection, the game can be played as it was before.
Anthem
Anthem
user avatar@PinkyDude
Despite being a fan of Bioware's games, I never played Anthem; the live-service aspect killed any of the hype I had for it. The game looks amazing, gameplay seems fun and I heard a lot of good things about the universe and characters from a friend who played. Forcing a studio like Bioware to go full live service is such a shame; and now Anthem is about to disappear entierly, as EA aim to pull the plug on its server. We need protection against these greedy practices, we need initiatives like Stop Killing Games more than ever, and I believe GOG also plays a huge part with the preservation project and dreamlist!

Thanks Dungeon Chill! I'll look forward to a game like this if it ends up being translated and ported to PC. I'm really big into vampires and this gameplay is right up my alley.

The first game was great. absolutely love it. I can't wait to play this one on release. Here's hoping it does make it to GOG. Everywhere else requires an active internet connection to play this game. . . a single player game. Yeah it needs to come here!

DELTARUNE is already DRM-free on Steam, it wouldn't be difficult for him to release it here. It's a great game that I have bonded over for years. DELTARUNE GOG tomorrow.

The original sparked a great series. i own all the other games on gog (12 games). it makes no sense for the original to be on gog but not the remake. steam drm policies make me avoid day 1 purchases on that platform. hope gog pucks up this game so i could enjoy it as it comes out.

This game is must play for every grid based dungeon crawle lover. Spell animations are amazing compared to eye of the beholders. I played it a lot and never finished :(
Dino Island
Dino Island
user avatar@BlackMARILYNm
I used to play this game with my mother when i was a child. We'd actually spend a lot of time fine tuning the income of the park and had a blast creating our own dinosaurs. I'd love to get the game up and running again so me and my mom could have some nostalgia. Also i'd love to know if the game was that hard or i was just a stupid kid haha.
Kameo: Elements of Power
Kameo: Elements of Power
user avatar@mero_khalaf99
I first played Kameo: Elements of Power back in 2007 when I got my Xbox 360, and I remember being completely hooked—I just couldn’t put it down. The beautiful fantasy world, the epic battles, and the ability to transform into all these awesome elemental creatures totally swept me away. It had this magical atmosphere that stuck with me for years, and the music still gives me chills. It’s such an underrated gem that deserves to be rediscovered, and I’d love to see it on GOG so more people can experience that same magic.

Soldiers of Anarchy
Soldiers of Anarchy
user avatar@sepdotus_3460
My father had this game in early 2000s on his PC. It was one of my first gaming experiences, and it was great. At one point in my life, I even brought a piracy just to get an opportunity to replay this fantastic piece of media, and the game was still as beautiful as the first time I launched it. Now, as a grown man, who cares about his privacy and internet ethics, I stopped using pirated software. But this game is not available for purchase from the official online distributors. I really like the idea of GOG to save good old games from disappearing in annals of history. I want to support the developers and that would be great to own this game legally with an opportunity to download it anytime. As a conclusion, I want to thank the GOG team for dedication and hardworking and I want to ask them to consider adding Soldiers of Anarchy to their service.

This is arguably the best Transformers games, currently, ever made. Greatly improves on what the first game provided. For the sake of having a linux version and preservation, I WANT TO BUY this game. Especially for the sake of its preservation.

Shame on GOG for having rejected this game. I do believe in second chances though and I do believe that GOG might come to senses and will finally release a game here that WANTS to be released here and also (as numbers do show) is wanted by their customer base ... included myself.

I haven't played it, but I saw @Humblemudgames 's review and was intrigued. I hope it gets a port by Nightdive - if they had resources to burn on P.O.ed, then they should try porting an actual 3DO hidden gem over to PC.

That game carried my childhood. And it just felt magical, you never knew what you got and it was always an surprise. The build up of the city gave you an consistent feeling of progress, so it was never the same. You always find something new, but I never was able to see everything, since the German version had an bug that blocked an area.
Dragon Quest
Dragon Quest
user avatar@DDisme
dragon quest is genuinely a really seminal and historical RPG in my mind. sure it's not the first rpg to ever be made, hell, it's technically not the first japanese rpg to be made. but it's the first rpg on a very seminal console that kind of created the movement of what we consider to be modern jrpgs and i think that's worth preserving and letting anyone give this game a try
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
user avatar@David90002010
While I enjoy the Director's Cut and it was my first experience with the game, in restropect some of the changes such as removing the gold filter and incorporating The Missing Link into the main story, are counterproductive to the experience. So it would be amazing if more players have the oportunity of playing the og version as it was intended.

We already have Silent Hill 4 And yes there is still in development Silent Hill 3 Enhaced Edition. But come on. It would be super cool to have in your library Silent Hill 3 in a good port (HD COLLECTION FLASHBACKS) and DRM-free.

GOG, I want you to know this is the Only place I buy games for the last 6years. Steam is too intrusive; all other launchers are likewise annoying or unstable. As much as I want to play Oblivion Remastered, I absolutely will wait for GOG! Please, work your magic and get it here soon as y'all can ;) it'll be another immediate full price buy from when it is.
WildStar

user avatar@Cop95
Wildstar was amazing and had major hiccups on release when it was switched to free to play and had a soft re release it was too late! It’s the level or hardcore and fun everyone is wanting now! It was an amazing memory for me and my friends back in 2014 and the few years it was out back then! There’s a small community building a private server but nothing is close to what could happen with a big backer!

Black and White is in my top 3 games of all time. It is a true gem in gaming history and it deserves to be available for purchase and to be maintained. I can't say enough how important this title is to me and how it shaped my taste over the years. Nostalgia is just another reason I would like to be able to play it again. Brilliant title, way ahead of its time, absolutely worth bringing back.

Resident Evil Code: Veronica X
Resident Evil Code: Veronica X
user avatar@lastfoxx
The reason why this game is so much better than Resident Evil 3 NEMESIS, is that Code Veronica was developed initially as Resident Evil 3 for the Dreamcast. Due to contractual issues for exclusivity with Sony though, Capcom renamed project NEMESIS to RE3 and the rest is history. Back in the day I have only watched a friend play it on his Dreamcast (the only guy who had one ^^). But I remember vividly his rooftop apartment where he could crank up the volume since he had more forgiving neighbours than my parents^^. The atmosphere, puzzles and the gameplay was so engaging that I didn't mind playing it myself. Good times.

This game has been at the core of my very being for the past 30 years. Absolutely amazing, and I wish they would make more in the series and/or remake/remaster all 5 Breath of Fire games for the new consoles.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Resident Evil: HD Remaster
Resident Evil: HD RemasterThe hugely popular Resident Evil series, having sold over 61 million units to date, returns to its roots with a remastered version of the critically acclaimed masterpiece, Resident Evil. Originally released in 1996, Resident Evil was then “remade” in 2002 from the ground up with new visuals, gameplay elements, environments and story details while retaining the survival horror atmosphere the series had become synonymous for. Both fans of the franchise who want a trip down memory lane and those who have yet to experience the game that coined the term survival horror for the gaming world will appreciate this definitive re-visit of that iconic 2002 Resident Evil title. The intense horror fans first experienced with the release of the original Resident Evil is back. Taking place in the now notorious Raccoon City, players will choose to take on the role of either S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) team member Chris Redfield or Jill Valentine, who have been sent into the city to find the missing Bravo team. When the team is suddenly attacked by a ferocious group of mutated dogs, desperate for an escape they take shelter in the Mansion, but will they ever get out alive again? Players will need to be brave as they adventure through the dark, enclosed spaces searching out the horrors that await them. With limited ammo and survival items available gamers will need to keep their wits about them to survive the various traps and puzzles that greet them at every stage.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2
Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2The Need for Speed series returns, this time reverting back to the 'chase' arcade experience instead of a racing simulation. Top speed racing is the name of the game, where you must outchase not just the opposing drivers, but the cops. Choose from a selection of today's (and yesterday's) top sports cars, including the Ferrari F50, Porsche 911 and a range from the likes of Ford, Corvette, BMW, Lotus, Mercedes, Aston Martin, the McLaren F1 and a lot more. The competitive race mode allows you to take on other drivers and beat them to the line. A selection of tracks allows you to not only dodge incoming traffic, but perform deadly jumps and stunts to receive points. These points, combined with the points recieved from your finishing position, can unlock new cars and tracks. The Hot Pursuit mode combines all the major elements of the competitive mode with the chance to out run the cops. They will throw everything at you to try and stop you, including running you off the road, setting up road blocks and unleashing an attack helicopter equiped with missiles. Three busts by the cops ends the race.

Need for Speed: High Stakes
Need for Speed: High StakesJust like its predecessors Need for Speed: High Stakes is an action racing game with a wide selection of exotic sports cars and many different types of tracks. The trademark Hot Pursuit mode game mode from the first game in the series is still present, where players race opponents on tracks filled with regular traffic and police cars that chase the racers. The classic pursuit mode is extended with two additional modes: Getaway and Time Trap. In Getaway the player needs to shake off the police in a set amount of time, or playing as the police trap a speeder before time runs out. In Time Trap an entire race needs to be completed before time runs out, or as the police all speeders need to be arrested. There are minor differences between the two platforms for this game mode, regarding spike strips, road blocks, and back-up. The latter for instance is unique to the PlayStation version. The Pursuit mode is available in multiplayer as well and players can take different sides or race together. It is the first game in the series to introduce a Career mode with a set of challenges. Beating these is rewarded with trophies for unlocks, and money to spend on new cars, repairs and upgrades. In the PlayStation version the Career mode is split up into two different sets of challenges: Tournament (required races) and Special Event (optional races). High Stakes in the title refers to races where players bet their cars. In the PC version these are a part of the Career mode when the player owns more than two cars. In the PlayStation version two players can insert their memory cards and race against each other. The winner immediately receives the opponent's car and it is deleted from the loser's memory card right away. In addition to the new game modes it is also the first game in the series to have a detailed physics models. Damage now affects both the appearance and the performance of the car for the first time.

Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.

A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
