Summer In The City
Summer In The City
user avatar@BlackPhi
I'm not sure there is a genre called 'cosy AVNs', but if there was this would fit. It's basically a fun lesbian-themed game with good writing and an enjoyable story.
Silent Hill
Silent Hill
user avatar@telepath.
I met this game when i was a kid, watching my dad playing it, and since then i never forgot it. Silent Hill DESERVES to be brought on GOG.com because you can play it EXCLUSIVELY in 2 ways: owning a PSX (easy way) or emulating it (tricky way). To get decent graphics you have to tweak a bit with its settings. There's no problem for some, but out there not everyone like to tweak, and watching a lot of tutorials in order to play an old retrogame could be frustrating for most people. Now, surely isn't easy to port SH to pc, but if you do, you'll make happy a lot of SH fans, because this game is a true masterpiece of survival horror, that even after 20+ years can still scare (more than some modern games), and it's a shame that is so difficult to access to it. P.S: legend says that Konami lost the source code for Silent Hill (and SH2 too) so our only hope is the silent hill decompilation project
American McGee's Alice
American McGee's Alice
user avatar@prosafantasmal
It's a shame that we won't be able to enjoy a conclusion to this trilogy (the design bible for the third game is available on McGee's socials, so you can read the planned ending), but it's a bigger shame that the game that started it all has been left to rot. Please, consider supporting the restoration of one of the greatest dark adventure games out there, the conjunction of mind bending and gothic imagery is yet unmatched, the writing is superb, and the experience simply magical. Come down the rabbit hole.
Digimon World
Digimon World

Digimon worlds 1-3 were core to my childhood, I would love not only to play them on PC but also to see them properly preserved. Really hope the other 2 make it to the list as well. Everyone gets your numemon and 8lue cards ready!

user avatar@Zendition
The vibe of this game is unmatched. I just want to learn more about this world! The lore in game needs to be explored more! The combat was fun as hell and made it a bit more skill based than some other MMORPGs. Bring it back by any means possibly please!
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33
user avatar@turion91
It's a turn base turn RPG with a very interesting gameplay and art design. On top of that it's an Indie so I would love for it to reach GOG, as Steam or Epic does not really allow the user to own the game but the license
Digimon World 2003
Digimon World 2003
user avatar@V2C
This is the definitive version of Digimon World 3, so perhaps it would be better to remove Digimon World 3 from the Dreamlist and just keep Digimon World 2003. I'm glad for the initiative, just fix the duplicate games.
Rumbleverse
Rumbleverse
user avatar@_TTV_MangoSpice
This game was an absolute treasure in almost every aspect. The atmosphere was pleasant the controls were fun and the moves had such dazzling effects. It was THE most fun game to stream for me and no matter what game comes out me and my buddy always reminisce about rumbleverse. Bringing this back would surely not be a mistake and I believe that with the right direction it will be an amazing hit

This is one of my favorite RE games in the series and I would love to see it released with modern support and preserved for more people to try and get to know this gem.

I got into the Trails series while looking for a franchise that had all of its entries DRM free. Now I have all games (released so far) on my GOG library and I even got into other Falcom games like Ys. This has to release on GOG.

This game helped me some bad medical times. the amount of time my sister and I put into it. The amount of care I tried to give the actors and I felt bad when I had to fire people cause I ran out money.

Rise of Nations: Rise of Legends

Don't think there's ever been a game like it since it was released - a complete jambalaya of Arabic, Mayan, Steampunk, and Clockwork civilizations in conflict. Pretty awesome, sad that it was never carried forward!
Freelancer

user avatar@thiagott
Freelancer is an open-world title that allows you to pilot a spaceship and be hired for all kinds of missions. It has a single-player mode and a multi-player mode that feel much funnier every time you play. I would keep playing this for a long time if I still had the CD...
Anthem
Anthem
user avatar@LawrenceLawine
Ironman simulator. For me personally the much better Destiny and Helldivers 2. It is so much fun running and flying around. Ground slamming into a group of enemies. This game has one of the best character controllers that exists. It plays so good and smooth, it is on my daily list of games I hop in to tun off my brain for some time. It really needs an offline mode and needs to be available to play. This game cannot die. Devs can learn a lot from this perfect gameplay.
Black & White
Black & White
user avatar@wstrzalk
A the time Black & White seemed to be an incredibly complex and multi-faceted game. Every choice you made mattered and pushed you towards Good or Evil, which had a direct manifestation on your familiar (my favorite was the Cow of course). Now that I think of it - even today's games aren't as complex as B&W. And of course nothing beats throwing peasants into the ocean and feeding them to your familiar to make it more Evil :D

I skipped school to play this when the original came out in 2006 - I want to skip work to play this again if this comes to GoG in 2025. This has too much emotional value from the old days

user avatar@ECW4Ever
Every now and then I come back to GOG looking for this game, because that's what it is, a Good Old Game that stands out as a lovely childhood memory. I've played it for more than a decade and each time is as joyful as the first. From the moment you step into the game, you are greeted with a richly detailed and beautifully animated world. The hand-drawn graphics are a feast for the eyes, with each level meticulously crafted to offer a unique and immersive experience. The game’s parallax scrolling engine ensures that the visuals remain smooth and engaging. The art style, reminiscent of a colorful cartoon, brings the pirate world to life in a way that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The gameplay is a perfect blend of challenge and reward. Captain Claw’s movements are silky smooth, and the controls are tight and responsive, making every jump and attack feel satisfying. The game is filled with a variety of enemies, traps, and puzzles that require both skill and strategy to overcome. The game’s soundtrack is another highlight, enhancing the atmosphere of each level, it ranges from the eerie and suspenseful to the adventurous and triumphant. The sound effects are equally impressive, with Captain Claw’s one-liners and the various enemy dialogues adding a layer of humor and personality to the game (the Portuguese language dubbing is also excellent, btw). Captain Claw is more than just a game; it’s an adventure that transports you to a world of swashbuckling pirates, mystical artifacts, and daring escapes. It’s a testament to what a side-scrolling platformer can achieve when crafted with passion and care. Captain Claw offers a thrilling and unforgettable experience that has aged remarkably well. In the vast and often overlooked landscape of classic PC games, Captain Claw stands out as a hidden gem, a testament to the ingenuity and creativity of Monolith Productions. It’s a game that deserves to be rediscovered and cherished, a true treasure in the annals of gaming history.
Drakan: Order of the Flame
Drakan: Order of the Flame
user avatar@Sayad7
Just like with The Ancients' Gates this is such a childhood gem for me. I always loved the Drakan games and I hope they can see more love through GOG one day. Flying around on your dragon while wielding a flaming sword and killing a bunch of skeletons and goblins never gets old, it's just pure fun.

The characters are immaculate along with the art stye. Plus this version of Myria is my favorite one. I love the designs of everyone in this game and capcom should do a remake for this game.
The Simpsons: Hit & Run
The Simpsons: Hit & Run
user avatar@XboxClown89
Sure it's technically an GTA clone. At the same time it does enough to stand out from the rest of them. I always been an huge Simpsons fan. Of course I once had this Simpsons game. Some even consider it the Greatest Simpsons game ever!!! This game is a huge love letter to the show. So many references you don't know where to begin. So packed with content to keep you busy for hours. Easily one of the greatest licensed games on a cartoon show I ever played!!!
Prey
Prey
user avatar@RobouteGuilliman1
My favorite memory of Prey is when I passed through a portal and it took me to the surface of a small planetoid in a glass box I saw some minutes before... And the terrible visage of a Hunter looking very closely to me from the other side of that very same glass. We don't have moments like this in any modern games. Not anymore. It's unforgivable that this game will probably never get a sequel thanks to Bethesda's actions back in 2011.

I just wanna buy it on GOG. I despise Steam and their practices and prefer to own products I purchase. As for the game itself, I only clocked in 2 hours on a copy found on open seas and I really like it. So much in fact, I want developer to have my money.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Ragnarok
Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Ragnarok
Explore the rich world of Nordic mythology! Egther, last of the Frost Giants, has sworn to turn all the world to ice. A young heroine is called to fight him, but first she must survive the harsh environment, battle hostile trolls, and deal with many creatures and characters from the classic myths.Heroine's Quest: The Herald of Ragnarok is an adventure / RPG hybrid. Like in many adventure games, you have a world to save, and must use your wit, guile and inventory to puzzle your way through. Like in many roleplaying games, you can customize your character with various classes and skills, and must train yourself in combat to stand a chance against the fierce monsters in your way. Each class has her own solution to the numerous obstacles, where the warrior is the most straightforward to play, the sorceress focuses on smart solutions and finding the right spell for the situation, and the rogue cheats her way through life without getting caught. The game is designed in the spirit and atmosphere of the classics, and strives to have the same high quality of art, music, and plot. With multiple character classes and several solutions to many puzzles, there are plenty of options for further replayability. The game has been voted voted 69th All-Time Best Computer RPG by RpgCodex. It is available completely for free, or as we like to call it, priceless."It's great to see a female-centric heroic quest." - Corey Cole"The very definition of a labor of love ... makes the world of Jarnvidr feel alive to a degree rarely seen in point and click adventure games." - HardcodeGaming101"I was still discovering new quests and things to do even on a third playthrough." - Last TokenVotes: 1236
Dino Crisis 2
Dino Crisis 2
A year has passed since the operation to retrieve Dr. Kirk.Third Energy, both a source of "ultimate clean energy" and a potential "ultimate weapon," has proven to be dangerously unpredictable. The government, having taken control of the project from Dr. Kirk, continued its development. Then, the “accident” happened once again. The research city of Edward City was completely destroyed in an explosion from the Third Energy reactor—an event far more catastrophic than the previous accident. In response, the government launched a rescue mission to retrieve the research data and any remaining personnel. To reach Edward City, believed to have been displaced in time by the reactor’s explosion, the government deployed an experimental, untested “time gate” device to send a rescue team back in time. Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dream list with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
