Does anyone else think it's weird that there's four people with less than 5 reps, with different join dates and the same avi minus the color, posting in roughly the same time frame as each other?

Just a question, did that giveaway thread acidflux won the game from, did it have a rule like: "enter only for yourself, and no regifting/trading the won gift" sort of rules.

I can understand if he overlooked this, as I'm sure people do that, and not that I've done it, I know I overlook A LOT OF STUFF.

But stuff I get as part of trades, I sometimes get from friends so that I may trade it away. Or sometimes I trade for a game for a friend.
(this happens a lot because I don't have paypal, but instead I have steamwallet, so I buy a friend something on steam, then they buy me something on gog... which I then trade that gog game away)
(yes, I do many 3-way trades because of this fact, and yes I did technically buy the games, I'm just using a friend to buy it for me, at least untill I pay off my new roof payments)

ps. I all ways redeem my gifts. ~thanks everyone that gifted me something.

To be fair, I think that avatar is the default from the CD Projekt forums after the account merge. It's possible they announced that contest over there as well, and those people would not have "GoG" rep.

Not saying they are legit, not saying they are not.

As I said trading a game I gift you is up to whoever wins. I would prefer people keep them, but I am not going to be overly upset if they don't. My issue was him trying to pass the game off as one he bought himself at full price to get more games in trade.

That's the new default avatar for users who didn't upload an own avatar. They just come in various colors now.
I picked these up on the trading thread, should we had this guy to the list?

Shotgun method = big spread, sending a copy of a simple message to so many people that it has to work somewhere (very common on dating sites)

I never heard of the machine gun method, but I'd think this could mean sending as many messages as possible to each target. ;)

Short, controlled bursts. Keep on target, and prevent overheating. ^_^
